Used them to cater a retirement party, fairly easy to order ahead online. The food arrived on time and was a hit. Their sauces to top everything is what really makes this chain amazing. The green jalapeno dressing in specific is heavenly. The fries are usually always super fresh if you dine in.

An “okay” option for lunch. Most likely wont do it again. Chicken was dry, and overall didn’t seem like it was fresh. Be aware that even though guacamole is listed as a side that you can choose from, there is a $5 upcharge for it.

I didn’t have high expectations, and yet I was still disappointed. The only seasoning in the chicken was salt. Also, it was extremely dry. The rice was too mushy. The portions are actually big, so I guess that’s nice.

Plantains!!! That’s all I need to.say, conversation over. Amazing plantains! Plenty of additional choices if you don’t like fried plantains but who in the world does not like perfectly cooked fried plantains. I had the Cuban bowl with pork which was INCREDIBLE! But seriously if you only get the plantains you will leave a happy camper!!!

Service was nice but food was quite average. Large portions for the price but was underseasoned and definitely not fresh. Rice was overcooked and meat was chewy and minced too small. Sauces are tasty but were necessary to getting the food down. Seating isn’t comfortable and felt crammed. Clean restaurant and quick service if you need something fast that is healthier. We tried Palomilla bowl and chicken fresco. Positive environment and nice religious sayings. Food has much more potential.

Great spot for a quick meal! The food is always tasty and prices are good for downtown. I typically order food to-go on my lunch break for work. They are always quick! There is seating both inside and outside on the sidewalk.

The employees are friendly and super helpful , the cashier’s went out of her way to ensure we had a wonderful experience. The food is healthy yet delicious , literally the best of both worlds 😀 This adorable restaurant has a clean environment and is very modern ! Went for lunch with a colleague, long line, but it moved fast and we had our food even before we finished paying. Got the Classic bowl with half chicken half pulled pork and yellow rice. For sides, I had BBQ, garlic mayo, and chutney mustard. All delicious! I tried the lime cilantro sauce but that had too much of an afterbite for me. Service was fantastic, food delicious, and location was easy to get to. Will be back.
