This place is really good. Everything besides the food is self-serve, e.g. silverware. Sometimes they bring the tray to you, other times you just walk up and get your food. It depends on how busy they are. They keep the tables clean and they’re pretty fast with clearing out lines.

My wife seen a post on this and decided we would try it out. All I can say is WOW, this place did not disappoint at all. I decided to try something new and ordered the Tropical Pepito which is a steak and chicken on a French baguette with marinara, pepperoni and pineapples…. It was really good but when my wife’s burger came out I knew I should have went that route. So I ordered the Tiger Burger (comes with double everything) patty, cheese, grilled onion, pickles and signature sauce… This was an amazing griddle flavored burger that was super juicy and full of flavor. If you get fries or tots, make sure you get them with cheese and bacon because, well just because it’s freaking cheese and bacon! Highly recommend this place if you want a really good burger with a twist of flavor

Fabulous place!!! Food was very unique and flavorful. The “Venezuelan cheese sticks” were unlike anything I’ve ever had, and so good! We had a tiger burger and a Mexican burger. Both were perfectly cooked and assembled. The staff, which appeared to be just 2 young men and a young girl, were incredibly efficient, fast, and fun, dancing around while they worked. Our first time there and definitely not our last!!!

I’ve been to this location a dozen times since they’ve opened. I’ve gone alone. I’ve gone with a group and each time the service is excellent! I’m greeted and they bring the food out quickly! We tried the monthly burger today and it was excellent as were their fries (as always). Looking forward to getting there for breakfast one weekend. Best burgers and fries in the upstate!

I’ve been to the Tropical Burger in Easley, but this was my first visit to the Pelham Rd location. I was not disappointed! The food was quite yummy, the tables, chairs, and restroom were clean, and the food was ready quickly. Another win for Tropical Burger! Now if they could open a location in TR or Pickens, that would be fabulous!

So this place is a Venezuelan restaurant, nice! The burger was called The Big Mama, and yes it was, deep fried onion, then a chicken breast (which had little no seasoning), then a deep fried slice of cheese, surprising but ok, and then a beef patty. The beef patty was list into the bottom of the bun, which fell apart. However , look at the size of burger, so that was given. The sauces with the whole bite was delicious, but the deep fried slice of cheese overpowered the chicken breast and the beer patty. I didn’t get the fries, but got the Taquenos, and they were so good, cheesy, flaky and tasty with the hot sauce.

Tried the chicken sandwich for the first time, I wasn’tsure about cole slaw on a chicken sandwich, but it was really good. The rest of our party got burgers and they were delicious as usual. They were shorthanded but were doing their best and it was appreciated.
