Didn’t even know this place was here and I’m sorry to have discovered it. The food tasted like nothing at all despite there being things that should definitely have a taste like pico, cheese, jalapeños, meat… I was second guessing myself until I saw the faces of everyone else I was with, and literally everyone agreed it was totally flavorless garbage.

The food was delicious and very generous! I had the pot roast, and it was so good! The service was fast and friendly as well!

Good food, decent service, and prices aren’t bad at all… all around I’d give it a 3 out of 5 star rating

Absolutely offensive! They brought my drink (cocktail) hot in a plastic cup as of this was a fast food restaurant or a free casino soda, my side veggie choice was in a Styrofoam bowl, & a butter knife for a chicken fried steak dinner. I requested butter & honey, they had no honey & the butter was frozen & dinner still to cold to even attempt to melt it to even speak or or anything. I specifically asked if there were onions in the salad, waiter responded no, I said good cuz I’m allergic, & he still brings me a salad that had onion, I chewed a piece of chicken fried steak so long b/c it was so fatty that I ended up spitting it out into a napkin and was done with my meal by then. Very offended to be charged $50 for a meal worse then a frozen dinner! I wonder if CN knows about how this restaurant is providing services and being tied into the casino or as an extension to CN. Very disrespectful to them and customers hard earned money if u ask me!

This place is the worst. Way overpriced on everything. Long waits for service and food. The food is definitely not worth the price or wait.

They didn’t have to go menus I was charged twice for my food order to go. I also sat at at bar and had a beer. I was charged twice for it too! I ordered my steak MEDIUM not WELL DONE. The bartender filled out the customer service survey for me. I didn’t request her to do it. I was not pleased at all with my experience. Way did I was my debit card ran four times, how do businesses do that and keep on doing it without getting in trouble. The customer service at the bar was terrible. And I don’t appreciate being taken advantage of. My credit card service was notified. You can count on that. If you would like a good dining service with great food. Try one if our locally owned restaurants and skip the chain food.

Food was ok. Prices for the quality was high. Asked for an extra roll (which was the smallest roll I’ve ever been served) and was told not sure if they could do that?!?!

I literally ordered a common BLT (Bourbon, Lemon, Tonic +simple syrup in my case), had the bespectacled brunette waitress tell me “it’s the weirdest drink anyone’s ever ordered from me”. What??

It’s average food quality served here, just not great. I had the Jalapeno Cheeseburger, which looked and tasted like standard food service right off the Sysco truck. Same with the french fries, frozen and reheated. The jalapenos on the burger were the pickled variety straight out of the jar. Overall, very typical burger. The bar has full liquor, but the beer taps are all domestic, with Shiner Bock bring the most “craft” they offer. Otherwise, this place is primarily for live entertainment.
