Cool place The Trop Club (short for Tropic). Small but intimate. Grilled shrimp was great, $10 for 10 big ones. Good, friendly service and one strong point is you are greeted and your order is taken the minute you arrive.

Server was nice and the establishment is clean. We ordered a burger, a chicken sandwich, and their fries appetizer. Sandwiches were dry, fries were in a pool of oil, and you only get four wings for an order. Not the worst experience I’ve ever had but for the price you could get better and more elsewhere.

My mother and I stopped in for their brunch today and wow was the food amazing!! We ordered the spinach omelette and the quinoa salad. Seriously, the best omelette I’ve had. The quinoa salad had great flavor, lots of veggies and was refreshing. The rest of the menu had great options also. This spot is definitely affordable. The bartender/server was very friendly. She’s very approachable and made us feel welcomed. Visiting again!

I have been going to the Trop club off and on since they opened. I was hesitant at first because, well, here is a slot place that has an actual kitchen. I was thinking to myself ya, okay, it’ll be par for the course food. I was very wrong. They have some of the best burgers and cheese curds around. The owner is a great guy, and he’s always very calm and takes the time to greet you and is an all-around nice guy. I’ve been there so many times, and I have yet to have a bad experience. All around, a must go to place for food and drinks. I also highly recommend his fries!

Not bad, a quiet thursday. The bartender quoted me 6$ on a 12oz can of pineapple ace. I’m not sure if I’m paying for a craft cider or the atmosphere. It’s not really vintage themes like described it’s more modern and low-key than anything.

Not the best service, when we first walked in, it took forever for the bartender/waiter to look up from their phone even to acknowledge us. After that, when they came back to take our order, they came without a notepad, a few minutes later came back and forgot what we wanted, and wrote it down this time. When the food came out, it was still wrong and had to be remade. We only wanted a simple burger and two appetizers. Overall the garlic fries were swimming in a pool of grease, but the onion rings were superb. Seems like a very hit-or-miss place with the food and service.
