100% take out. Chicken already prepared(idk how long before purchase) but it’s hot and ready to eat. No long wait for them to fry the chicken. No long waits besides indecisive customers ahead of you. Chicken taste good It could be seasoned a little more but it does the job to satisfy your hunger for fried chicken.

Ordered red beans easy on the rice. They put so much rice there was hardly any beans, barely got one seving out of the container and normally get at least 2 servings. The chicken was not good like it normally is. More hard crust than chicken, too much salt not enough seasoning. We won’t be back to the Jones Creek location.

I never have an issue with this location. They’re usually so kind and friendly – and of course the food is always excellent. Today however both members of staff I had interactions with seemed to have be in a sour mood. Not making eye contact, mumbling if they spoke at all, not even attempting to appear customer service appropriate. The young man who handed my food to me rolled his eyes when I said thanks. I’m not sure what they’ve got going on in there today, but this is not their norm at all!

Went by to get chicken at 3:45 pm. Was told they didn’t have any breasts cooked and would not start cooking anymore for 45 minutes. They said to come back in an hour. Poor customer service. Popeyes from now on.

Ordered 50 piece chicken over the phone and they called me when it was ready. Great spice and flavor and not too salty. Crunchy and juicy chicken served fresh and not old. Service was good but it would be nice to have another register to get the lines moving a little quicker.

I ordered a fried pig tail for the first time EVER!!! The first one was DELICIOUS. We ordered three the next day and it was FUNKY AND NASTY … it was fried beautifully but it had a awful smell to it .. we couldn’t eat it. The chicken and potato logs were delicious though

This store is not like any of the other Blue Stores. They put your wings and sides in a brown paper bag and the rice in a small styrofoam container that wasn’t nearly half full. At the other stores, your 3-wing plate comes in a white styrofoam plate, compartmentalized, and there is usually enough rice for 2 meals. This store on Jones Creek will NOT be getting another dime of my money if I can’t even get all my food in one container!

Do not recommend the one on Jones creek. Have ordered from there twice and both times food was not up to par…chicken overly fried or not fresh, egg rolls weren’t fresh, and was out of shrimp fried rice both times.

First off, the fried chicken is superb. I had eaten wings from here purchased by someone else in my family, and I finally tried the place myself after a year or so. Great value also. For food quality and value, I would give a 4.5 rating. What annoys me is that this place is literally a take-out food counter with a couple coolers filled with drinks and people who pack food and hand it to you to go after you pay the cashier. For the life of me, I cannot justify how they put you on the spot with TIPPING when you pay for your food. For WHAT? I would say that employees at fast-food restaurants (which rarely if ever solicit for tips) would warrant tips more than this place… at least you can sit down to eat at those places and at decent ones an employee may help you carry your food to your table. Blue Store is part of the epidemic of tip expectation. No table service, not even a smile or thank you at this place, but they want a tip… Doesn’t make sense.

What can I say, the hype is real and could not be happier during our recent 1st trip to this newly opened location. Ordered 6 wings, 3 potato wedges. Chicken wings are huge and perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of heat to them. Wedges were on point as well cooked perfectly with a nice outer crust to them packed with flavor. A+ rating and would 100% recommend. Also in and out in 10 min at lunch time on a Saturday afternoon
