It was really pretty aesthetically. It looks like a place to go to brunch at. The atmosphere was very chill. The only thing I didn’t care for was the lack of seasoning in the food. The truffle fries were good though.

Best restaurant in Ruston. So glad we discovered this gem. The hostess/waitress, Scarlet was excellent. She took pride in every aspect of the restaurant and it showed. The atmosphere was perfect and nice background music. The food was superb as well as the drink menu. We were a group of 3 visiting from out of town. We had an appetizer, entrees, cocktails, and desserts. There was not one bad thing about our experience. Unfortunately, I discovered the restaurant on my last day there. My parents, however, may be in town for another week. I would not be surprised if they went back every day of there stay. They are looking forward to their Sunday Brunch. Thank you for a top notch experience!

Went to Trio’s for Sunday brunch and ordered pork belly eggs Benedict with grits, omelette and breakfast potatoes, breakfast burger (no toppings egg fried on side), and biscuits and gravy. The service inside the restaurant was great, however the food was completely opposite. Eggs Benedict was deconstructed, soggy, and the grits were congealed. The omelette was overcooked and breakfast potatoes were unseasoned. The biscuits and gravy were pretty good. Finally, the breakfast burger was ordered with NO toppings and came with all toppings with Mayo and mustard as well. The fried egg on the burger was ordered to be put on the side but came on the burger and was scrambled. Overall, the food was under seasoned as well. One thing good about it was that all people inside of the restaurant were very helpful and respectful.

Went here on a restaurant try out mission. The food was portioned well. I had the special for the day. Salads come with spinach. The flavor was done well. Has plenty of drinks to offer. My body left satisfied.

Solid experience! The interior is bright and airy and the decor is cute. We didn’t get a chance to sit outside because it was pretty chilly when we arrived for lunch but outside looked nice too. I had the duck club and it was tasty – not overly saucy. The side salad was also really nice.

Came here for the first time and was really excited to try their brunch. I ordered the biscuits and gravy and it was pretty good except for the gravy was very little so half my meal tasted dry. My friend ordered eggs Benedict but because the pork belly had run out, our server offered a substitution which was to get ham instead of pork belly. When the bill came, he was charged one of the most expensive items on the menu which was the crab Benedict. When asked about it, they said they couldn’t charge the pork belly Benedict because it had run out so they could only charge the crab Benedict and that they don’t offer substitutions. It seems ridiculous to charge the most expensive item for basic Benedicts. Just BEWARE that if you order from here, make sure you don’t ask for substitutions or you are very clear on what they will charge you ahead of time because they will try to get the most money out of you.

Expensive. Very small portions for the price. I ordered the gyro and fries, did not receive the tzatziki sauce that was included on the menu, notified the waitress, and asked for it, and the waitress still charged me for it. They upcharge for everything possible. Beautiful restaurant. Sincerely nice hostess.
