Trino’s is just the restaurant for Mexican food in the town. We visited here in September long weekend 2022 for lunch. I got chicken mole and my hubby got vegetarian burrito. We both were amazed by the delicious food they served.

Trino’s had good Mexican good with big portions. The price was fine. We did order more guacamole but the waitress completely forgot. Lucky the lovely owner of the place took it off our bill. The place did smell when you first walked through the door and the booths are very small/thin. The drunks were good.

Carne asada was thick and had zero taste. Husband’s burrito was small and way too cheezy zero flavor my kid with no taste liked the beans and rice. Sadly I was looking forward to it after hearing all the hype. I seriously have had better at some dive bars. However. The kiddo running around was super cute!

This resturant might look small from the outside but in the inside it is big!! the chips and salsa they serve is one of the best in town, such a best that i do purchase salsa to take home with me. So far I’ve only had their Carne Asada plate and it is SOO GOOD! The meat they use has real quality to it, its thick, its juicy, it leaves you wanting more! The service here is incredible, As a hispanic myself being far from my family, this place has a very home touch to it. The owner of this place is a very nice hearted down to earth man, he’ll listen to you and wholesomly makes you feel better. i recommned this place over Rancho Grande any day.

Pretty good food! We stopped by for take-out because our stove and oven aren’t working, and it was lovely to have a hot meal cooked for us at a reasonable price! The shredded beef enchiladas are super yummy, and folks were stopping by for take out packs of salsa and tamales for the holidays too! Thanks for feeding us! <3

Wow! The hospitality is only matched by the superb food. The very best tasting Mexican food I’ve enjoyed in years!! Not saying that lightly. Never expected to make a find like this in a small border town in Washington. There’s nothing half hearted about anything they prepare. The rice and beans were first rate. Been to many restaurants that messed up the rice and beans! So, for me, it’s not a given. Best tasting Chile Verde ever! EVER! Juan is tops. Not many people in the food business anymore that know how to take care of customers like he does. Can’t wait to return.

This was a delightful meal today! My Dad had a pork burrito that had plenty of meat and sides. I had a plate for lunch that, even though the combo I wanted was not on the menu, I was gladly given what I wanted. Thank you!

My wife and I found this jewel on a trip to Oroville. We now make a monthly lunch vist for the best Mexican food in Washington State, or maybe in the US.. The last time I have had Mexican food, so well prepared was 40 years ago prepared by my buddy’s mother who was Mexican. So glad we found this jewel. Excellent food and service..
