Cute spot with lots of fun merch and products. Sadly we were disappointed with both our drinks (iced chai and a hot latte). If you like extra spicy chai with not a ton of other flavor it might be your jam though! Latte was super milky with barely any coffee flavor. The person who took our order was super nice. This Café is a healthy, hidden gem! There were so many delicious but healthy options I wanted one of each! So I asked the Barista for a recommendation, and she said the best was the Bird Bar. She was not wrong. I could eat 10 of those and not feel bad about it. So very nutty, flavorful, and filling with a satisfying crunch! Perfect with any latte. They use Onyx Coffee Lab coffee, too! The barista on the bar is also amazing at Latte Art and very passionate about coffee. Highly recommend stopping by! Perfect atmosphere for photos and chill~ 10/10 would go again!

We were referred by our photographer to Trilogy and were so glad we took her advice. We have a few favorite coffee shops on the island and hadn’t heard of Trilogy. We had apparently driven by it quite a few times but hadn’t realized it was next to one of our favorite shops and on our way to a great beach. My fiancé enjoyed his americano and I adored their Coconut Turmeric Chai with macadamia nut milk. It is beyond smoothe and has the perfect ratio of savory to sweet. The shop is adorable and the staff is great. We will for sure be returning!
