First, the steak was really good . I had calentado with perico and steak. It was my second time for the same dish. The place was clean food was outstanding. Customers service was normal. They had my order wrong but they fixed it. My wife and my kid had a good time. We created amazing memories at that restaurant. Really cool decorations. Only on thing I didn’t get much too many bikes on the wall?

It was very good ! It was my first time trying Colombian food and I will definitely be back . Had the Bandeja paisa I believe it’s called with avena to drink with it. It was very good and the price was reasonable. They were fast and friendly.

I wish I could give them ZERO stars. Worst Colombian food I’ve ever had in my life! I placed an order to go for the first time and even gave them a tip. The food is old, chewy and burnt. If you don’t have fresh food at least warn your customer. 50$ to the garbage. NEVER AGAIN!

BUYER BEWARE !!!!! They charge you the tip by distracting you while you check out. The server Karen was taking my payment for a TO GO order, no service at any table and very fast she asked me to press one of the 3 options on the screen, turns out It was the tip, I’m not against tips, if I’m using someone’s time, but I was literally checking out for 3 items and leaving. When I realized that what she did was charging me her tip, I requested the money back immediately, since I did not approved. All of them at the counter were mad at me, including the guy who “reversed” the tip. Terrible customer service, although you are reminded of the tricks you suffer when you are in Colombia 100%. Today I look at my transactions and the tip is not reversed.

Solid Columbian place . I have been told they serve authentic food and must say the fried fish dish was very good.

Food was amazing good like my friend Linda was to make for me! However, the service I received was absolutely AWFUL!! I waited forever to be served and was finally seen by a waitress from the other side of the restaurant who finally realized I had not been served and stopped my waitress and told her. Then she still was not pleasant or smiling. If I had not been referred to Trigos, I would have gotten up and left! I really hope they retrain their staff and improve their customer service. My advice is to get the food to-go or hope you get the one waitress who saw me.

Best empanadas! The Bandeja trigos was big enough to feed 2 people. All the meats on the plate were delicious. Even the rice and beans were well seasoned. Will definitely be back!!

We ate Sancocho de costilla on a Saturday. Everything was great ! The sancocho’s taste was naturally good. The variety of sides was good. The most thing we’ve loved was the atmosphere . Everyone greet you with big smiles and warm tones of voice. They make you feel like you are in Colombia. God bless this place and everyone who comes .

I don’t know what’s going on with this place but whoever’s running it has been changing a lot of things. They have to be new! It used to be the best spot but now the food has been slacking in flavor, portion, and texture. This last time did it for me. Placed an order to pick up and my food was not even placed after calling and speaking to them confirming me my food will be ready by the time i get there. I go in and get them my order information and come to find out that my order was not placed because i didnt pay over the phone. I then respectfully explained that i was not aware of this if whom i spoke to about my order didnt mention this to me. RUDELY i was told that they would have NEVER given me the time to pick it up or let me get off the phone without paying. So respectfully I told them that I have the recording of our conversation so they dont think im crazy or lying. When I let them hear our conversation They were rude with excuses and did not acknowledge the fact that they were wrong. I was still willing to pay and wait but the time was going to be longer than the time they told me to pick up the food.

The food was amazing! Would love to go here again when I am back in the area. The cashier was very timid, but overall a great little place.
