This is an amazing experience. The bread is a must. The drinks are outstanding. The dry aged steak is something of legend. The Tiramisu was the best I have ever had. This is italian fusion. Leave your tired south and northeast Philly italian grandmother’s at the door. It’s simply wonderful. I will be returning.

I was so excited to try this restaurant, but it just wasn’t that great. To start, the hostess is completely unprofessional, both when we entered the restaurant and when we left – nothing I would expect from a nicer restaurant in the area. The food was just alright and overpriced for what it is. It’s also ridiculous that you have to separately purchase bread to eat with the sides that are specifically meant for the bread! It was a decent meal, but I will not be returning again.

This place is a must! The service is outstanding and the food is amazing. I had the rigatoni w pork and it was so damn good. I’ll be dreaming of that red sauce. The atmosphere is so cute and the music they play is solid. Met the owner and he was lovely as well. I’ll def be back.

We have been here about 7 times and the food keeps bringing me back. The service however is questionable. The service has always seemed a bit haphazard, however our waiter last night was surly and inattentive. We have been here a number of times and sat at the bar which is always a positive experience. The caccio Pepe is exceptional and our friends wanted it in the dining room which is 5 steps away from the bar and our waiter curtly responded that it is not available in the dining room. I was put off my his response and said that seems a little rigid. Which apparently annoyed him but he came back and said they can make it if we had our hearts set on this item and that was the beginning of the end…… The waiter was seen slamming doors, no cheese offered for pasta, and the rigatoni was very undercooked and it took 5 minutes to get the attention of any waiter in I replace the dish. The rigatoni came out 10 minutes later after everyone at the table was finished eating. When we went to the manager to discuss our experience his response was disingenuous I have always loved my meals here but last night was a real turn off because of the service.

Nationwide Wine & Spirits
Tresini is an amazing restaurant. The ambiance is warm, the food is delicious, the people are great, the service is stellar & the Coravin offers great wines by the glass. Have a glass of Kurt Russell’s GoGi Chardonnay or Pinot Noir or a glass of 2012 Asura Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. I highly recommend Tresini!!!
