As someone who business travels all over the state of Louisiana…plus several other states…this little chain has the best Mexican food by far. Their beef fajitas are good quality flank steak, seasoned and cooked perfectly.

It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the interior is deceptively spacious and the food is more than adequate. Maybe I’m just jaded by the food service industry in the Shreveport/Bossier area but the staff here are actually friendly.
