This was my first visit here. They have really friendly service. A very nice selection on the menu. The pulled pork was excellent for Florida BBQ. The baked beans were really good. The Mac n cheese was ok. My husband really loved the collard greens. He also loved the ribs but for one major problem, they did not remove the membrane. I was a little disturbed with the cleanliness of the place. Most of the tables were dirty. The kitchen / food prep area was disgusting. The employees were all young but that’s no excuse for such a mess. Having said that, I will try it again because it was pretty damn good BBQ.

I’ve always drove by this area and say one day I’ll stop because it smells so good. Well, TODAY was that DAY! I got the ribs! It didn’t disappoint. The cashier was very friendly and helpful! I’ll be back again! So sorry that I didn’t take a picture of food before I ate it.

Absolutely delish!!! Not only can these folks provide great meals inside but they can really cater!!! Just last week, they catered to our glider club at Herlong Airport and they did a wonderful job!!! Sarah was awesome to deal with and James who made the delivery was super! On behalf of my fellow pilots, I want to say thank you for everything! You guys are GREAT!!! We will definitely have you come back out again soon.

Fast, very friendly service! The food was great as always! I had the special. Pulled pork sandwich, with fries and sweet tea. $10.00 cash! Tax, tag, and title all included! If you pay with a card there is a small fee on top of the $10! Also you have your choice of side and drink you want!

Great BBQ. Was introduced to this place from their food truck at Cecil Airport (no longer there). Their service and how they handle customers is very friendly. Usually I go for their turkey if it doesn’t run out, it is very tender, succulent and flavorful. As a sandwich or platter, can’t go wrong. Their buttered toast is amazing. Their sides are for most part good. Sometimes they have seasonal sides like fried stuffed mushrooms or broccoli cheddar bites, which were both great. I believe they experiment on new sides a lot. The only 2 criticisms I could relay is 1) if you pick up or dine in, be prepared for your clothes and hair to smell like buttered oil, I’ve always smelled very bad leaving this place. 2) the times I’ve visited, there were political signage all over the place especially during elections. I personally don’t like my food experience to meddle with politics.

Food was excellent & portions are generous! This place is an authentic BBQ joint that we would definitely recommend! The yummy smoker aroma fills the room when you walk in. Best collard greens ever! I’m very picky about my greens. I’m so sick of getting greens that taste like vinegar, these had just the right amount of spice & flavor. Loved them! Coleslaw & brisket were perfect as well. My son had the pulled pork cheese fries – they should disclose that this portion is HUGE & should be shared! My 5 year old had the kids’ sliced turkey w/baked beans. The turkey was perfectly moist. And my picky 12 year old had the pulled pork & almost cleaned her plate. If you love BBQ & are in the area, definitely check this place out!

My experience has not been what is expected the last 3 times that I have ordered from Treemendous BBQ. Today I decided to call to see if the food was made fresh today and also to let them know the food was subpar on multiple occasions before today, because the pork was extremely dry, again. I was told that it was freshly made today with no offer to correct the issue. I always let them know when the food is great by tipping well and thought it would be a disservice not to let them know what I had been experiencing lately. Needless to say, it did not seem like my experience mattered much. Hopefully the owner will read this and make sure that the food that is not cheap can be made with respect to the patron’s money because there’s so many other options in the area. I ended up throwing the food as well as my money away today. Sad because the restaurant has so much potential.

One of the best BBQ restaurants around! We’re very picky but this place always has the best ribs! Big, tender and flavorful. I always order the rib dinner or the two meats if I want something to go with ribs. They usually have a pork sandwich, fries and a large drink special for only $10. They have real good sides: Cole slaw, baked beans, Mac n Cheese, Lima beans, fried corn on the cob, or you can upgrade to a salad, fried onion rings, fried okra, fried corn fritters. All are cooked fresh and served hot. Today I had the corn fritters and they gave me a bowl mounded full. I will be ordering those again. I had the ribs and they were so tender. The variety of sauces they have are really good. I love their mustard sauce and the sopping sauce (can’t remember what they call it). A lot of fantastic food at a great price!
