I went to the beach a few months ago and on my way home I saw this restaurant and was amazed at how many cars were in the parking lot and people standing in line to be seated. A week later I came back with my bestie. Was not able to get a table without a 60-90 minute wait. Two weeks later I made reservations to celebrate my sister’s birthday. The restaurant lived up to the anticipation & expectations. Service was impeccable. Our server was Nick. He was fantastic, very attentive, and just an overall wonderful experience. I love the menu it has all of my favorites, octopus, capaccio, grilled artichokes, and so much more. I choose the octopus & grilled mozzarella. It was divine, cooked to perfection. My tastebuds danced. Our entree’s were equally delicious. My sister ordered the yellowtail, she loved it. I ordered a seafood medley called Cioppino. Highly recommend if you love seafood. A delicious explosion in your mouth with muscles, clams, shrimp, and huge scallops served in a delightful broth and with Italian bread. Simply delicious! Desert was not a let down. Although I’m not Italian I consider myself a cannoli connoisseur. Love the cannoli. The cream was smooth & just melted in your mouth. I consider myself a foodie. I’ve marked this place as a fav. I will certainly be back. If you want to enjoy be sure to make a reservation.

We were fortunate to find Trattoria Dario:’s. The restaurant atmosphere is impeccablle, the food absolutely delicious and our server SEBASTIAN really made our dining experience one of kind with his amazing service!! Sebastian certainly goes above and beyond any expectations to provide ultimate customer service for his guests and his smile is contagious! This restaurant is a must to dime at if you appreciate great food and paramount customer service! Trattoria Dario’s is quite fortunate to have Sebastian on their dining team for sure!

We just had another flawless meal for my partner’s birthday at Trattoria Dario. The seafood was very fresh and expertly cooked. My cippino was in a basil scented broth good enough to eat all by itself with a spoon. My sweetie had the pompano scampi which he loved from the first taste. The bite I had was tender and sweet. The service was excellent all around. Our waiter Greg was great and engaged with our silly jokes. Tucked away on the other end of Ocean drive from the cluster of restaurants around sexton Beach, you might miss it while casually looking for a place to eat. Just go a little further south, you won’t be disappointed.

We randomly stumbled upon this restaurant and we were beyond thrilled with our meal. Our server, Pablo, was the best! He suggested the grilled Caesar with white anchovies as my side salad and it now lives on best salad list that we will talk about forever. Both of our dishes were great and we even enjoyed the leftovers for lunch the next day. Next time we are in the area we will be back and we will request Pablo!

Very skimpy with the food. Only 5 artichokes with the franchise for 15$. Bolognese was just a drop in their big bowl 25$ salad was extra. Left hungry. Told waiter. He agreed with me. Couldn’t find the manager. Sad

Wow I could not recommend this place more! Everything we ordered was fabulous (bruschetta, salmon crudo, beggars purse, crème brûlée, bomba). The only thing was the chocolate on the bomba was a little rich and that’s not even a compliant really. There were a ton of regulars sitting around us but the staff was just as friendly to us as they were to them. We really were impressed with the service and how in sync everyone was. Such a wonderful experience!

The Risotto Pescatore was excellent. The Buffalo crusted cheese with tomato and arugula appetizer special also excellent. For dessert the chocolate endulgence cake was Moist, very chocolatey and delicious. Overall one of the top 5 best meals I’ve had in Vero Beach.

Yah, that Ellis guy in the kitchen is a creap, i’ve meet him before. I refuse to ever go back there as long as he works there. Ill try and upload some screenshots of the lude messages he sent me on fb in the comments below. I use to eat there often then he finds me on fb nice at first saying he is a boss there and can hire who he wants and only wants and we could talk about it over dinner. I find out later he is a convict with no car with a baby on the way and he has herpies. Keep yalls kids away from that guy. He still got the same profile pictures it looks like, i blocked him and quit eating there.
