This restaurant is horrible at service. When I came in, I have to seat 15 minutes to get waiter to get my attention. I have to wait another 10 minutes more to have menu. I have to wait for another 10 minutes to get order. The food is so expensive but the taste is not tasty, especially hot pot. This is my first time came here and wil be my last time to eat here. The owner did not care about customers. He cares about his beer drink with friends and football and leave customers with no attention.

This restaurant has lots of great food. Bun Bo Hue is my favorite one, the soup is well prepared. Lobster sate’ with egg noodles is excellent, my daughter order Pho combo she loved it. Good service and atmosphere nice and clean. We are absolutely coming back and I will recommend this place to friends and family try out Bun Bo Hue, it is delicious. Thanks to my friend Michael who recommended this place to me.

Decent food but the service here is pretty disappointing. Didnt recieve water until 20 minutes after we had sat down and even then only half the group got their water. Food is pretty good but it’s slow. By the time the last person in our group got their food, everyone else had almost finished eating. I noticed a few other tables getting fed up and ordering to-go or just flat out leaving because of the wait for the food. Our server also missed one of our orders, which we ended up just cancelling because of how slow it was.

It is a nice beautiful restaurant but foods are so bad. The chef doesn’t how to cook a basic Hủ Tiếu or they did not have soup ready, so the just made it up from water with fish sauce. I also ordered Mực Nướng Muối Ớt, but it was a quick stir fried squid with some Sriracha. The service was not good either since they did not bring water out and no one paid attention to customers. The employees behind the counter talked to loud.

This is a new, pretty and spacious restaurant, good for group and hassle-free meal. Love the bird sound, has personality to it. The Bún Bò Huế is a must, I considered it top tier in the Bay Area. The Hủ Tíu Khô clear noodles are very fresh, and their giò is gooood. I would come back!
