If I could rate this 0 stars I would. The presentation was awful. The chicken wasn’t hot temperature or spice wise. The tenders are basically Tyson frozen tenders with the nastiest sauce that isn’t even spicy. The mac and cheese is literally from dickies. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before we wasted our time, money, and appetite on this garbage.

Save your money! I should have read the reviews before ordering. The chicken is not hot. So if that’s your wanting you won’t get it! Chicken strips were so crunchy my child couldn’t eat them. Fries were soggy. The chicken sandwich wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t anything special McDonald’s would be a good comparison. The post they make the food looks delicious however that’s not what you receive.

Nope. This is NOT hot chicken. This is a virtual location. You have to order online and pick up inside of Dickeys. We ordered an order of medium and hot tenders. We received TINY frozen, low quality, chicken tenders with no seasoning or sauce. We got one large cup of sauce for both orders (even though the orders were different heat levels). The sauce tastes like wing sauce and BBQ sauce mixed together. When I told the employee I was picking up a trailer birds order, he had no idea what I was talking about.

If you’re going to advertise hot chicken, then the chicken needs to be hot(temperature and spice wise). I got the highest spice level and it’s not spicy in no way shape or form. Also it was not hot like it was made fresh (may be due to getting it delivered). The taste was ok but this was honestly a let down.

Absolutely disgusting!! Spent $30 just to legit get 2 scrawny tenders with NO SAUCE OR CHEESE ON EITHER SANDWICH and clearly had been sitting there all day cold, floppy “Cajun fries” that had not a lick of seasoning. Man places like this give or bad bad reputation for trying out new spots and foods. Absolutely will not order this…and come to find out it’s from the same garbage what they try to call bbq place? No just no. Everything was wrong with this order. Just save yourself the heartache,,this is not the hot chicken sandwich you’re looking for.

It was so disappointingly my boyfriend loved this place abs was excited for me to try it. We had it tonight for dinner and when we got the foodc from door dash over half of our food was missing and what was given to us was slopped together clearly didn’t want to do before closing, cold and disgusting.
