Stopped by for some amala and ewedu. It was the end of the day so they were out of a few things but service was friendly. Restaurant is small but clean and prices are decent. The amala was quite tasty and the meat was not too tough as is typical with most Naija spots.

I use to love this place but today is my last day coming. Not only did I have strands of black hair in my okra soup, but they served it to me cold. Even my tripe was cold. My experience before with the staff was the only issue I had They always served top tier food. But bad attitude and a serving of food poisoning……it’s a. No for me.

I’ve been looking for a long time for a good African restaurant, found one called Ayo but they moved too far to deliver, so I came to this place. Food is GREAT, proportions are proper and the price is unbeatable. I thanked God for the blessing of this place, now me and my fam can buy okra soap whenever we want. Love y’all ❤️

The place is very dirty and you can tell just from the front door entrance alone. The inside could use some cleaning as well. The lady serving the food looks Hispanic and appears miserable. No good customer service and each time I asked a question she seemed irritated. The Egusi was okay but the meat was very hard!!!! Like it was barely cooked. Pounded yam was big and tasted funny, not what I prepare at home.

The food was amazing. The amala was so soft felt. I was really in a Nigerian restaurant in Nigeria. Loved the wall as it allows you pin point what part of Nigeria you are from

I have been in search of the best Nigerian food in Georgia. I think it is safe to say the African Grill in Stone Mountain is the best. For $81 including tip, this was disgusting. My rice was extremely burnt and so was the beef, the ogbono soup should have been name “Oh no soup.” The fish was good until you reached the soup. I must say your okro soup was the best out of all the restaurants. Unfortunately, this is how much of it will be thrown away. I should have listened when my Nigerian friend said,” No no no no.”

It was my first time trying Toyin. The African man was very friendly & helpful with my selection. I was sadly too late to try the puff puff or moi moi (sold out) I ordered the jollof rice with fish & dodo. It was delicious & not too spicy. I will come back again to explore the menu & try the well known puff puff & more.

Terrible place from what I was told and my experience here as well I will never go to such place again. I’m Indian a good friend of mine who’s African told me about her experience here. They are from another tribe in Nigeria & Liberia. I believe they are from the north she and her husband so she told me how badly this place is so I had to go see for myself and she was absolutely right. I am a lawyer and the place is dirty food isn’t nice at all I love spicy it was so bad never in my life again.
