I would say this is a great place to get a sub and have had nothing but great food and experience here but I’m completely annoyed that I drove all the way over here to find that when the signs says they are closed at 6pm I guess it really means 5:44pm. I realize it’s close to closing time but it is not closing time. I’m so annoyed at this moment that I’m considering not giving this place my business anymore. Which is too bad because I’ve already sworn off Subway. I guess it’s time to give Raindancer a chance and future business.

Happy that we stopped here for that steak and cheese on a nice toasted roll with fresh mushrooms and a huge portion of chopped steak. We also had the Mac and Cheese which was very good and that Mac Salad stole the show. Very good service and nice people to boot!

The parking lot makes it impossible to want to visit without taking out the front end of your vehicle.. This needs to be fixed as of a few years ago.. Also the soup it terrible now.. Please get a cook that knows how to make soup.. The guy from Nicolinos use to make soup for 518 grill and I would ask him for lessons in making soup.. There isn’t a ton of places to order from and you are becoming last on the list for me..

Pricing seems a little steep for what you get, especially in an economically deprived area like Amsterdam. The food was good, and the service was quick and friendly.

A great place for Lunchtime! Thanks staff

Very great food but I have not been happy with their poor communication. I’ve drove out there twice recently to get lunch and both times they are unexpectedly closed with no update online saying they are closed. The banners that fly in front of the place that are bold with “OPEN” don’t help. They need better public communication. I understand emergency’s or unexpected short staff happens but they can at least tell us online on Facebook if they are closed for the day or have an answering machine telling us they are closed for the day

Literally the BEST fish dinner in the 518!!

Me and a coworker order from here 2-3 times a week, and usually they are very accommodating. I order the buffalo chicken wrap and ask for it to be toasted on the flat top, usually not a problem.. I just don’t like cold wraps. They said they would do it this time, got there and said the couldn’t. I wouldn’t have spent money on something I didn’t want to eat. Not to mention, the wrap was basically lettuce and chicken

You should put on your website when you on vacation. Not just a sign on the door.

This place has a wonderful menu. The meats are Boars Head brand. Bread and vegetables are fresh. Hand made onion rings are top notch. I can recommend the roast beef sub and the grilled reuben. Both were made perfectly. They also have a nice selection of salads and breakfast sandwiches. The staff was friendly, not fake and I didn’t see a single person on their cell phone. This place was such a nice change of pace from the franchise level food and definitely much higher quality. As I demand from any responsible business owner, the place was very clean and required everyone to wear a mask and and maintain a 6 foot distance. Great job. This will be one of my regular stops.
