I understand it was Rally Week, but my hamburger was burnt to a crisp. French fries were good, and service was okay. Didn’t see much of our server after our order was taken, but it seemed like there was some confusion on how table service was going to work during the rally.

Went in to grab lunch the food was not bad. The waitress we had looked like she had just rolled out of bed and came to work. Took our drink order 2 sodas one drink from the bar and 2 waters. She didn’t bring the waters with the others drinks left the table came back again still didn’t bring the waters came back to take our food order still didn’t bring the waters and then proceeded to tell us that she forgot about them because they are free and that she would bring after she put in our order. Started to order our food and then asked us to repeat it because she was texting her kid and didn’t hear it. Got our food which like I said was not bad. Finished our meal waited around for our ticket. We did not leave a tip on the ticket because we left a cash tip on the table. We left the tavern and were crossing the street and the waitress comes out and yells ” Sir can I ask why?” In front of others customers sitting at the tables outside. So we then tell we left a cash tip on the table. She just says oh I didn’t see anything. Definitely the worst service I have ever experienced in my life.

My wife and I enjoyed lunch at the Tower Hill Tavern on a Saturday. I had the Tavern Burger with fries and a cold craft beer and my wife enjoyed a chicken tender wrap also with fries and an iced tea.

Food is great, the staff members are great, what I’ve experienced is something only a “Brain child” could put together. Versatile business at it’s best. The management does go the distance to make sure there customer’s, staff , atmosphere is the best, no matter how much it takes. They all go the distance and have the best approach and intentions.

Bartender was one of the best but one guy who acted like he worked there just kept drinking and would not leave the lights or tvs alone. Bartender she handled him well and even though the best drinks I have ever had it was not busy and it still took us getting frustrated just to get our bill to pay. Food was okay, drinks seriously were some of the best balanced to be in this type of area that is a sports / bickers bar and grille.

this place is horrible. they went after my brother for drinking two drinks and kicking him out “for no given reason”. they have way too many staff members for laconia NH. not like it’s a boston bar… a sister stepped in to talk to a staff member to explain and the staff member charged at the girl who was a full grown man and could have hurt her. way too immature and not enjoyable if your trying to have a good time, i don’t advise going if you want a drama free night. also there food is terrible and taps are dirty.

I truly feel like I was in an episode of Bar rescue. I was waiting to see John Taffer come flying in when the waitress walked to the table with a piece of watermelon that in her words fell off the plate with her bare hands. The food was awful and some served on paper plates. It was just awful
