We really enjoyed our experience here! The food was lovely, service was fantastic (still working out some minor kinks but doing great). All of the dishes we ordered tasted authentic and evoked a “homeyness” that was difficult to place. We will return for sure and would encourage anyone on the fence to give it a try.

Really tasty home style Ukrainian food at a very reasonable price. Some of the best borscht I’ve had! Service was a little uneven but very sweet. Atmosphere is warm and friendly. We’ll definitely be back!

We enjoyed it all! The borsch has great flavor. The varenyky and cottage cheese mlyntsi were yummy appetizers. The Chicken Kyiv and baked chicken were a hit. They also had a vegan menu item that we liked but can’t recall the name (not on the menus pictured), but I included a photo. Nice location and outdoor seating as well. I’m sure we’ll be back!

We had such a great dinner – the waitstaff was really attentive and the food was delicious! The cottage cheese mlyntsi was a great app – a little sweet but not too much! I also got the mushroom soup which had a super flavorful broth, and the Kiev and potatoes were great! Left very full and content!

With just two days of being open under its belt, Touch of Ukraine provided a warm and inviting atmosphere, a nice cold drink on a hot day, and lovely food. Some of their menu caters to more American styles (hamburgers, chicken sandwiches) but the fact they serve authentic Eastern European foods – something critically lacking in a ‘foodie’ city like Madison – is the real draw.
