Beware of the language barrier because it could cost you extra on your ticket! They ask lots of questions after ordering an entree as if it comes with it. The food was Amazing and I think the best Indian food I have ever had. The staff was nice!

We had lunch at this restaurant on August 2. Both dishes, lamb, and shrimp were outstanding. Very flavorful and plentiful. Lots of leftovers to take home. Our first visit and we will definitely return.

We just moved to the KC area from Michigan last year and were worried that the local Blue Springs Indian food place was going to be our only option (not good!). Well, we recently discovered that Overland Park has a vast wealth of GREAT places to eat, so we got some takeout from here late last year and were absolutely BLOWN AWAY by how great the food was! I have never been a fan of biryani (at least from what was offered in Michigan) but their Egg Biryani was great! Also, for some reason a few of the Indian places I had gone to in the past (including the Blue Springs one) did NOT know how to make korma (korma is not supposed to be red!). This place makes an amazing korma as well as tikka masala! We got takeout here 2 more times since our initial visit, but yesterday was the first time we dined in and once again, absolutely BLOWN away! They made us feel a bit like family, even though this was our first dine in experience. I can’t recommend this place highly enough! Best Indian food EVER! I just wish they were closer (we live about 20 mins away, but totally worth the journey!).

I really like the food here (hence why it’s not 1-star), but the service is terrible. The younger waitress is grumpy and unpleasant. The language barrier is super-rough. I can’t, for the life of me, get them to give me enough spice! One time, I asked for more spice, and they gave me paprika…

Used to enjoy this place so much… Until I found a cockroach in some of their takeout. It was in with the lentils. I thought its antennas were hair at first. Needless to say, I puked all the food up.

Great Indian food! We have been eating this way after loving abroad for a number of years and they really deliver. I would butcher the names, but get the savory donuts, puri, and mango lasi for sure. Excellent veg friendly choice – I eat meat but can happily forego it here. Ask for advice on the me u if you dont know what you want, as guessing on indian food can be tough.

This restaurant was recommended by one of our acquaintances. We went there with the expectation that lunch time will be perfect to try many different dishes but the restaurant was totally empty. As we sat down, we noticed that 2 tables were not cleaned after the customers dined. I don’t know if they left right before we came in or if they ate in the morning. We were there for almost an hour and no one cleaned those tables within that time. I find this unhygienic.
