Absolutely delicious ramen with extremely rich broth. Noodles are also delicious!

First time we went here before our Broadway show. The family loved it. Excellent service. Great portion. The broth is flavorful. We will definitely come back again.

I have been going to these restaurants since they only had one in the basement around 2012. The soup base and favor have not changed one bit. The char on the cha siu was a bit lacking, and the portion size even for the mega was like… the original size shrinkflation, I guess… coming from a guy who finished the pho challenge and the original mega size one satisfied me and this couldn’t, shrinkflation. Don’t bother with fries… but the spicy tuna rice bowl was a highlight and would order again.

We entered their place on a cold windy night with the hope of having a spicy and warm meal. We were greeted by one server, she was the only server that night. There were two other chefs behind the counter.

Solid neighborhood ramen in Hell’s Kitchen, often busy as locals and tourists have now discovered it. Service is usually good but can get overwhelmed (see part about having been discovered).

Our first time at a legit ramen place – and in Hell’s Kitchen no less! Very helpful server, great food, and not a bad price! Loved it.

Amazing Soul food. Absolutely zen-like experience. Just ordered two ramens and a soda during a late afternoon lunch. The place was almost empty so got prompt service but I can imagine with a ramen this good, the place would be bursting at peak times.

We used to come to Totto when it was in the basement and had long lines before opening. We came for the first time after many years and the long lines are gone and the location is different. Service was very prompt. Ramen was still great. I had the chicken which had a lot of meat. I didn’t particularly like raw white onion on top. I’d ask for that to be omitted next time.

Totto moved! But the yummy ramen stay the same! Good noodle, great broth! Meat and egg are yummy as well! That’s one of the best ramen in NYC for sure!

The chicken soup ramen is not bad but the onion flavor is too strong that it overwhelms the ramen’s own flavor. It’s not bad at all. It’s just I have so many other better ramen options in New York like Toribro.
