It’s hidden from the street but if you go into the sound end Mercer Island qfc’s parking lot, you will see Toshi’s Teriyaki. There food is fantastic and the the people working there are the friendliest people. I’ve gone there on my lunches several times and had either the chicken fried rice or the chicken katsu.

So disappointed. My teriyaki I got is very dry. I asked the source to put on side, but it didn’t. I also made the order for the others with special requirement such as spicy or medium spicy. They were not marked as well. This restaurant usually is good. It just went down hill.

ordered katsu through ubereats, and they arrived really stale. I’m pretty sure they were made the day before and not fresh. Good thing is we were able to make a soup out of it, bad thing if you want good katsu!
