The Tortillas here are the best I’ve seen in Charlotte! Fresh and warm, if you don’t mind the area it’s worth a shot. I commute 30 minutes for these, a staple in mine and my native Hispanic parents.

I only came for cheese and tortillas and the workers couldn’t tell me where to wait I had to guess and wait with everyone over two things when everyone wanted to buy food and I did not but I was forced to wait for what I wanted if they had a sign that said where to wait for exactly it would be better and with more space too 40 people in this store is too much.

My people do not hate or dislike african americans or any other race. They simply do not know how to communicate with you. I appoligise on behalf of them for not knowing hownto communicate. Give them another try and forget about the language barrier. I used to think they looked mad all the time , but they are very nice. this is coming from a Mexican American.

I came across this place by chance and decided to check it out. The food is okay, but the customer service is mediocre. The man who checked me out was very kind, but the woman making our plates had a nasty attitude upon taking our order. For my first time there, my experience was very unpleasant and I have no desire to go back. I do take into consideration the language barrier, but as a first time customer (or any customer), the customer service was unacceptable. I was very patient with her and expected the same in return. I saw a previous review from a woman who had issues of being overcharged and mistreated because of the language barrier and I believe it.
