A really lovely place, lots of atmosphere. We ate outside on the large covered patio. We had a large group of about 12 people, so maybe that accounts for some gaps in service– my son never got the cocktail he ordered (they did take it off the bill), and I tried a couple times to get tortillas for my Fajitas, without success. The food was excellent, though, so with a smaller group I’ll definitely go back.

Staff does not know how to handle problems and yes, you do have issues that arise, it’s inevitable. Staff becomes very rude and condescending when you mention or speak of an issue and makes it your fault. Called and there was no manager available so the person hung up on me. Needed to explain that when you are going to charge extra for a carry out order that you include everything for that meal, items were missing; salsa for the chips, the sides. Plus, while eating in we were charged for some more salsa, only one was brought for 4 people. So, asked for a container to take home, it was smaller than the amount we had left, had to ask for another container. Then, when paying the waitress sighed when I left her tip. Which included 20% for the to go order. May or may not go back. The rudeness is not tolerated.

What a hidden gem in Union. Clean, friendly service and excellent food. I didn’t want to post this because I’m afraid it will be overrun. Many restaurants do good in first 6 months then change to less. Torres has done better, especially during these times. Wonderful food and here are some pictures of my favorites. Highly recommended!

Lovely Dispute
Absolutely delicious, staff works super hard, servers are extremely sweet. Fooooooood is soo goood. Their cheese sauce is to die for. Give them a try if you come into union!
