The food is consistently very well prepared, fresh and delicious . It is run by a local family who are hard working, and take pride in serving good food. Sometimes the well behaved grandchildren are sitting at the table next to you which only adds on to the welcoming family experience. THE GUACAMOLE IS FRESHLY MADE!!!! Not that yuck out of a bag. I get the guacamole and chips at least once a week, it is SO delicious! They have a thriving take out business, so be sure to try Toro Guacamole, they have earned all Five Stars.

Great flavors! Small seating area indoors with great staff. Fresh and good size portions of food and accommodating to needs. My husband loved their red colored hot salsa, very spicy. He got the steak fajitas, with habenero extra spicy. That spice, he couldn’t taste. I got a trio of tacos: lengua, al pastor, and carne asada. Plenty of cilantro and onions, yummy. The al pastor had the most flavor. Highly recommend.

Yet another good experience visiting this place, every time we visit we get a blast of fresh flavors of this small place yet authentic Mexican food. I tried Chilaquiles. Mexican chips dipped in green tomatilla sauce accompanied with Mexican rice and beans. Worth a try, the taste is awesome, if BYOB the taste will be more awesome

Food was good for $10ish / meal. Portions were smaller than expected. Service was poor – called in a takeout order and was told it would take 25 mins. Got to the restaurant, was told it would be a few more minutes and ended up waiting 30 mins, after I went back to the counter, I was told it would be another 10. This was very frustrating. I would not have minded the wait had I known up front.

Looks like a chain but tastes like a mom & pop place.. everything I’ve tried so far has been amazing!! I highly recommend every agua fresca flavor (& there’s like a dozen of em to choose from)! Also the tongue is so good, always worth the extra $2. The staff is awesome too! Very friendly and accommodating. Great place to dine in but take out is always fresh too

Had Saturday night take out and it was very good! The food was so fresh and hot when I brought it home. We had the burrito bowl with the pork and that was so good. The pork was cooked really nicely. We also had chicken fajitas and they give you a good portion of chicken and lots of fajita veggies that also were very fresh. I liked that the peppers were red and yellow, not just green. I will comment that the food took 45 minutes to prepare from when we ordered it so just keep that in mind if you want to do takeout on a Saturday, plan accordingly. But the food is worth the wait. Also, it was good to see the restaurant inside very busy, always a good sign of good food. Happy this place is here and we will definitely be back to order again.
