It was my first time trying yakitori omakase and am beyond amazed that chicken innards could be made so flavorful and delicious. I topped up $15 for the foie gras don which was one of my favorites, where the richness of the foie gras is balanced well with the perfectly cooked rice that retained their grainy texture while having just the minimal amount of stickiness. Some feedback for the owners, I am not sure if there might be a better way to change the ordering of the dishes but having the foie gras skewers right before foie gras don might be an overkill and could be overly rich. Perhaps changing the foie gras skewers to something else of equivalent value might be good if guests are opting for the foie gras don. Nonetheless, everything was perfect from appetizer to dessert. I will definitely visit when I come back to vegas in the future.

Great food, great seating, and super friendly and attentive staff make for a really enjoyable, extremely well prepared meal. Everything is delicious, cooked to the perfect tenderness and the freshness of the flavor is apparent in every bite. The hits are all great, but everything was done so well: the zucchini was a surprise hit for me, not because the other items weren’t also great, but I wasn’t expecting that even this would be grilled with such precision and care.

Everything we had was delicious. Service was friendly and attentive. The area around is kind of sketchy but inside it was like I was taken straight back to Japan.

Yum! Authentic yakitori. Slightly prefer this to the original Raku.

Pretty amazing chicken bar. We did the Omakase for $75 pp. It was well worth it! We also added $50 for the sake pairing. The Omakase was 11 courses. Every dish was unique and flavorful. This will definitely be a go to spot for me!

The concept is simple, season the meat BBQ it on the grill. What makes Toridokoro Raku so special is the masterclass in execution. I had the Omakase. Dishes were well timed and the taste was exceptional (except the quail eggs course, it fell short of superb). Highly recommend dining here, it was an experience worth every penny.

They don’t have a full izakaya menu here, but everything on the limited menu taste great. Be sure to check out their daily specials; jumbo shrimp & scallops are to die for!
