Everyone is saying the food is over priced but really they r reasonable they r just overcharging when u go to check out. We was n there Aug 3rd and got a fajita Jalisco, fajita taco salad, 2 jumbo lime margarita, 2 small peach margarita, and a ice water. If u look at there new n updated menu I should of only been charged 59.61 but was charged 77.00 and some change. U got me this time but won’t ever happen again!

Wayyyy Overpriced. Chips were uneditable. Food was very spicy. Couldn’t eat it, wasn’t supposed to be spicy. Bathroom is missing walls & none of the doors would shut. Sketchy, we should’ve known it was a red flag that it was empty.

I dare say that the rice was days old and my plate was microwaved. It’s really the only way I can explain how dried out the refried beans were, because it looked and tasted like it had been under a heat lamp for hours.(see photo. Worth a zoom in). The rice was literally crunchy. The tamale was soggy and tasteless. I got flack from the lady when I asked for fresher beans and rice, but she did give me some(2nd photo. Compare the two). She explained that she hated wasting food, but the fact that she served me it to me in the first place was a huge red flag. I threw away my to go box because I was worried about food poisoning and my stomach started hurting about an hour later. Even if the food had been fresh the portion of pork was dry and pretty small for carnitas. I look forward to her trying to explain herself under this review, but it’s not defendable. AVOID.

I don’t know why this place isn’t packed like in 1999. Food is awesome and the salsa is the best in town. Check out their Facebook for daily specials.

Very nice service. Clean and quick. My wife and I try to frequent this location when we visit owensboro, as it is one of our favorites. I love the street tacos, and my wife says the tamales are the best. Good on price also.

Was overcharged. My husband went into the restaurant and ordered our food. 2 smothered chicken, 2 beef burrito with cheese, cheese sauce, and a Margarita. They charged him $50. I got online to order it for pickup, and everything in the cart only totaled $35. When I called to ask about it, I was told I’m looking at the wrong menu, and they charge more if picking up your order.

Owner took our drink order while she was on the phone. Rolled her eyes when my friend asked for one modification to her food. Not very attentive.
