Genuinely the worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere in my life. The employees don’t even acknowledge you unless they accidentally make eye contact in the middle of talking to each other. When my order was ready, they just set it on the counter and didn’t say my order number or anything. When I came up and asked if it was mine, they just came up and put it in a bag. None of the employees spoke a word to me, and I know it’s not because of a language barrier since they were talking and laughing together a minute before. They just treat you like you’re an inconvenience to their hangout. The chicken was alright, but genuinely nothing special at all. I’ve never written a negative review before, but this place gave me the worst experience I’ve had.

The employee always says they don’t have any other kimbap other than the plain vegetable one. Even if you go in the morning. Update the menu or start serving what’s on it.

Only do 1 kind of roll (veggie roll) which was pre-made in large quantity, and did not let us order differently (despite the menu showing lots of options).

They have variety of Kimbap on the menu but everytime I go and order custom kimbap they tell me they don’t have rice and offer me pre-made veggie kimbap. I went during the beginning of the lunch hours today and again was told they didn’t have rice.
