My girlfriend and I tried out the Southlake for our first time visit. The food was tasty, the service was unwelcoming,and the atmosphere wasn’t any better. The lady who took our order seemed annoyed. She didn’t suggest anything, nor did she let us know it was happy hour. We will not be returning to that location. However, we really wanted to give another location a try and glad that we did! At the Plano location, we were greeted, and the host made suggestions as well as let us know of happy hour. He even said we could add flavor to the margaritas, no extra charge. The drinks are fresh and potent, definitely my kind cocktails. Because the atmosphere was inviting, we tried several tacos, and none of them were disappointed in flavor or quantity. I recommend this location

The food was pretty good however the burritos are rolled really weird and that you have meat at the beginning and the end but not in the middle. The cheese didn’t even get a chance to melt. The tacos were good and made correctly. The juice drinks were refilled and up-to-date. The service was great however people who got there after us were served before us. Not sure what the holdup was on the tacos and a burrito but they were made well other than the comments listed above.

Atmosphere is family oriented, open, and clean. The staff was very friendly, the food was delicious better than any tacos I had in Florida. Hopefully they open one soon in palm beach area. In the mood for tacos or burrito, this is your place!

Enjoyed a nice visit with a friend. We sat at the bar which was perfect. I ordered a single taco and chips & salsa. Ordering person was informative and bartender was good. Both were talkative and friendly. Torchy’s tacos: never met one I didn’t like! No favorite, but always happy!
