Pretty decent tacos, love all the options, especially seafood/fish ones. Seems like all these torchy places are resting on their laurels though, like for the price point maybe throw in some chips or drink? I might just be cheap tho, but very underwhelming for the price. Please don’t respond to this with some weird fake marketing “so sorry” comment(I know you will tho cause you already paid them to)

Always a tasty bite! The service is also wonderful, and I make sure to leave a tip each time. The food will be brought to you, and often there is someone there to take your plates. A nice gentleman even brought my friend and me each a bag of chips to-go. The brisket breakfast taco might be my new favorite!

I’m beyond excited to find a Torchy’s Tacos outside of Texas!! This will now be a MUST stop on my way to see family out of town. If you’ve never had the pleasure of Torchy’s – treat yourself! Not only is the food awesome but the service here at the Charlottesville location is top notch. Thomas went above and beyond in making our experience special and I can’t wait to make it back again.

I’ve always thought the food here is just ok – it’s not terrible but I don’t love it/love it. But the service is phenomenal. Margie in particular is a total ray of sunshine! She’s been there since they opened and seeing her always brightens my day. She’s very warm, kind, fast. Give this sweet woman a raise! 🙂

Tacos are very good, great ingredients, and great service, but the tacos are pricy around $5-6/ taco. Besides that, it’s a great place to eat and watch the games. The churros are a must btw, thank me later.

Finally tried Torchy’s! The personnel were friendly & efficient. The restaurant was clean & busy. We ate outside in the patio to take advantage of the nice weather.

I’ve never heard of this restaurant chain before we drove to Charlottesville.We loved the atmosphere and the way it was built.The red and black looked .We ordered Brushfire Taco’s(Jamaican jerk chicken tacos )with Diablo and street corn.The tacos were good, but the mango I felt was very unnecessary in A Jamaican inspired taco.Service was very fine but the Guy taking orders was weirdly frustrated and grumpy

First time here-great food and wonderful and quick service. The dip was a bit salty but otherwise tasty. Tacos were all very good and the sauces were unique to each dish. The portion is on the smaller side consider the price. Overall great experience. Will visit again.
