Most pathetic customer service and pizza I have ever seen (Plymouth MN location).First of all , I placed online order and went there to collect, they made me wait for 5 min (even if their online status said ready to pick up), then when i checked the order as i had one past bad experience , the pizza and nacho stix both were badly baked(as you can see on the pics).I asked them for a justification and they had none.I told them to call their supervisor.He came over , listened to my complaint and then baked the order again.When he handed over the order to me , i checked it again with a mention that there quality has been compromised.The manager talked to me in a very rude tone saying his team is new and he has baked the order again(as if he did a favor to me ) and then when i responded to him saying , that his attitude seems really bad (seeing the way he was talking) , he told me not to come to that location again.the second time order came out equally pathetic , so i had to throw the food at my home. I am done with this place forever.

Less than a 7 minute drive? You’re going to have to order pick up. Get an order confirmation? Might want to call to see if they’re taking orders. I admit I ordered 50 minutes before closing, but I think that’s more than enough time to pick up their most ordered menu item (stix) and a pint of ice cream. Get there 30 minutes before close. The door is locked, but the sign says open. I call, corporate answering service that says they’ll call the location. Call gets disconnected. Someone answers the door eventually. They don’t have my order on file. Showed him my email confirmation and he shrugged. I don’t blame him, he’s just the guy making the pizzas. I check my email to make sure I got a cancelation, nothing of the sort. Call again. The only thing the corporate guy could tell me is that *if* my order was canceled by the location, I’d get a refund. Why can’t you tell me that my order was for sure canceled and send me a confirmation? Ran into two others in the parking lot with the same issue. Head over to Gina Maria’s. Locally owned and use better ingredients.

If I could give zero stars I would. The “owners” Jim and Suzanne tried to trick me into quitting because I witnessed horrific mismanagement of other employees. Order from ANYWHERE else, they do not care about food safety or otherwise. Currently reporting this franchise to ANY agency I can so that they cannot continue this disgusting treatment of employees.

50% of the time they are open but the site doesn’t let you order. It’s hit or miss if the place is ever even open. Sometimes they blatantly don’t even make something correct, other times when you return the food for being poor. They will replace it with an aggressive insult, for example I ordered a bbq chicken pizza and it came without the first 3 letters of the pizza, bbq sauce, they replaced it and I included the photo, I believe what was going through their head was, ” I dare him to say there’s no sauce.” Overall pretty unprofessional

Oh toppers. I sleep with your pizza box under my head at night, the lullabies circling around pizza and stix. The mouthwatering pre message on the phone of ordering. This staff is crazy awesome , but the food is the whole topping on the pizza!!
