I consistently have an issue every time I order. Last experience I ordered online added cheese curds had a hand written message saying sorry we don’t have cheese curds available right now but we hope you like the pizza and was still charged. I called the number and since they do a off site number the person. He tries to transfer me but they didn’t pick up at the store so I got disconnected, called back but again had to talk to the offsite, I told them what happened and they said they would stay on for the transfer so again he tried and again they didn’t pick up so the offsite said to call back in 30 minutes?????????? Seriously call back? Either way I waited the time called had the same no answer chat with another offsite and just gave up. This is just one of many messed up orders from this store.
