The whole experience was bad. To start, the website was not working to place an order. I tried to call to place an order which they said couldn’t get to go through either because of issues with the website. That’s when I realized it was outsourced to a call center. They transferred my call to the actual store and I was then able to place my order. I had no issues with the delivery process and the driver was incredibly kind. The food however, is extremely underwhelming. The cheese curds and chicken wings seemed like they were barely cooked. The pizza we ordered was fine but just not what I was hoping for. To say the least, I will not be ordering from here again.

I don’t recommend this place. I placed an order yesterday around 11 and we were waiting for our food for an hour and it never showed up. And they ended up telling us that they threw away the food. So I decided to order again and this time me and my family had to wait 3 hours for the food to get to my place. Because the employees weren’t doing their job. I am also pregnant and was really hungry. And they kept me waiting for my food. I called them like twice asking for my food and plus they said it was cooking which it wasn’t. The second time I called they told me to talk to the manager and I did and I explained everything to the manager and he said the delivery driver wasn’t there but he was on his way back. It took so long to get our food.

Went in at midnight after work with a friend and didn’t expect it to be perfect but was very disappointed regardless. The workers were nice but they were listening to some sort of VERY inappropriate talk show “comedian” for the whole restaurant to hear. I did not feel comfortable dining in because of this but I did anyway. The cinnamon stix were very good and that’s the only reason this gets 2 stars.

Pizza was cold. The time It stated it would be done and time I arrived had been 20 mins. I got there and it was already under warmer but when we took a slice out approximately 5 mins later it was cold and wings did not taste like usual. I left a tip even though I picked it up. I mean the employees get wages already correct? I don’t know why I’m asked if I would like to leave a tip when I walk in there to get the pizza if it’s carry out and I have used my time and gas to get it if they are getting above minimum wage as it is.

Always a quality pie from toppers. The go-to for my buddies and I at work! Always friendly staff, and always communicative if they’re ahead of or behind schedule. Most unique customization choice, from tots and boneless wings to traditional meats like pepperoni or sausage. All of the varieties of sticks they offer are great (my personal go-to is the birthday cake cinnamon sticks with icing dip). As far as being the latest open food option a lot of times, the quality doesn’t suffer one bit. Bring one to the heart of the valley area so I can get store delivery to Kaukauna!

I used to eat toppers all the time when I got a 50 percent discount as a hotel night shift worker but now that I have to pay full price i only get it when it’s the only thing open in Appleton at 1am. That’s the only thing it has going for it. The sauce is not good, the crust is like chewing on a book. I guess the one good thing is the… toppings. Even domino’s tastes better.

We came for our son’s bday party in appleton. Called this store and made an order. Waited 45 min just for them to tell us that they do not deliver to this hotel. Mind you, I gave them the address and had no issues then. The manager kindly offered us half off if we came to pick it up which is ….. okay…. but we waited 45 min for them to tell us that? I then had to send my fiance to go grab it and it was of course cold. I am super unhappy!!!! they can’t just answer their own delivery orders??? Why have a different company do your work??? I’m sooooo confused.
