Me and my family went in to order our pizza last night and waited inside while they were making it. The entire time the staff were SCREAMING at each other, goofing off, complaining about other staff in front of customers and were swearing left and right. One worker came in who appeared to have come straight from another job and was getting publicly bashed left and right for things we could see he was doing. We had ordered two medium pizzas and one regular sticks and one cinnamon sticks. When we saw our food was ready on the screen we went up to the desk and this worker went to give us our food and had noticed that even though all of the rest of our order was ready, the cinnamon sticks were not. He asked his coworker where the cinnamon sticks are since he was running the oven and they require no prep and he got blamed for not putting the box for them up even though he showed his coworker where the box he designated for the sticks was and that he did and then this coworker went on to yell loud enough throughout the store that we could perfectly hear him start complaining about how this coworker messed him up. Along with this, the entire time we were there, there were multiple employees just standing around talking to each other and doing nothing when it was obvious they all needed to be working, by them not being able to pump out orders like the pizza delivery and takeout restaurant they are.

Last time we ordered here, we ordered a loaded tot pizza for delivery. 45 minutes later, I get a call that the pizza had been delivered to the wrong address. They said were going to make a new one ASAP and should be here in 10-15 minutes, along with a coupon for our mext order to apologize for the mess up. 30 minutes after that call, the driver finally shows up with a cheese pizza and no coupon.

I buy this pizza maybe once a week, I’m actually editing this review. I got the best pizza the last few times that I have ordered. They have been very generous with the toppings and I cannot thank them enough. They are very kind when I do need to call them for one thing or another. The delivery is top notch too. These folks are amazing! The person I talked to on the phone was so accommodating and worked with me to get my order when my Door Dash order went terribly wrong. He even gave me some great advice about Door Dash and I know better to call first and see if a place has their own delivery option. It was super fast calling directly after waiting for over half and hour for Door Dash and they were no closer to delivering my order. The pizza was great, service was amazing, and the people were nice. I’ll order directly here as much as I can while I’m in town. Thanks for being terrific!

The food was delivered fast and super fresh and hot. We actually had to wait for it to cool down which doesn’t usually happen with deliveries. The delivery person was polite and friendly. We got the 2 for the price of one offer and both pizzas were delicious. I love that you can choose how much of each topping you like. It’s truly custom. Definitely the place to go for delivery in Onalaska/LaCrosse.

My experience started of bad but ended good. So my pizza was an hour and a half late, no one called me and the phones were turned off. When my pizza arrived it was also made wrong. Thankfully though Jacob called me and issued a refund. His call definitely fixed the experience

Delivery was fast. I wanted to like this pizza but the crust developed a cardboard feel and taste. This could be because it’s a thin crust and it was delivered. I liked the toppings and the spice but the sauce doesn’t have that much flavor. Not bad but not the best pizza
