Ordered a dairy-free pizza and dairy-free toppersticks. When it was delivered the pizza was fine but the sticks didn’t look right and I found the entire center of it was covered in real cheese. I called to get that fixed and an employee told me they would send a replacement out. Waited 2 hours and still hadn’t received the replacement so I called them and the employee that picked up the phone was extremely rude. He argued with me and was very short with me. I got a refund for the order but the way they handled it made me never want to order from them again.

We ordered cheesy garlic bread and it came barely cooked. Majority of it was raw dough. I was excited at first because I thought it was extra cheesy, then disgusted because it wasn’t cooked. The pizza was cooked enough and was fine, but the safety and quality issue of the bread needed to be recorded

Update. This place has been great lately. Super delicious.. i prefer the 2 for 22 deal. I’d give it a 5 star but we had a bad experience a while ago that went unresolved. Although it may have been an isolated incident it still had an impact on our experience from this location. The long story short the driver told us we better make the trip worth her time (better tip her good) since we were one block outside of their delivery boundary. She even made a scene and threatened me in front of young children when she discovered my tip wasn’t to her liking, I think it was 20%. We hadn’t ordered in a long time since but have had better experiences. Since.

Ordered online. After submitting the order it said it couldn’t be processed and to try again, however it Did pull the payment from my bank account. Called the store, attempted to explain the issue, was cut off multiple times by the man who answered the phone. I’m the end was told, they don’t have the order, they will not be making it and that I’ll have my money back in my account in 5 days. He offered to have me order and pay a second time – I cut my losses and got pizza hut. If your system is so bad that you can’t process online orders (but can still manage to take payment for them), perhaps you shouldn’t offer online ordering. Per the employee this “happens constantly.” Terrible system. Hoping Toppers pays me back in 5 days like I was told. I’ve never loaned a pizza place money before – no product but they’re going to hold my $30 for five days – insane. Order elsewhere, you might just be getting scammed into loaning money to the store for a few days instead.
