Super fast delivery, so I will give them that. But in their rush to get me my order, they could have spent that time on making decent food. Two inches of crust is kind of a joke. Hardly any toppings and put together in a very sloppy manner. The dough also was awful. Not sure if you changes your recipe, or source but it was garbage. I used to love your pizza crust, but now it’s no better than cardboard pizza, just more of it. 🙁

Attempted to place my order for delivery at 8pm last night and after waiting on hold for over 5 minutes, I was told by a staff member it would be 1 hour and 45 minutes to get my food. Decided to drive over to the location instead place my order in person. When I walked up to the counter I was told by a staff member I would have to wait between 10 to 15 minutes before I get my order taken. After patiently waiting at the counter my order was finally taken at 8:15. My three small pizzas were finally ready for me to take at 8:50. The buffalo chicken Mac n cheese pizza, the cheese curd and bacon pizza and the Ragin pepperoni were very unique pizzas and I’d eat them again but probably would look elsewhere due to long wait times for ordering and location being short staffed.

This was a Monday night. Got there and was asked what I wanted and I ordered. The guy ran around for 10 minutes and THEN determined that I wasn’t the preorder he couldn’t find, I was actually placing an order for my food. Tried again- placed my order *for real* and then paid. My name is on the digital board. 50 minutes roll by as my order goes from prepping to cooking to complete and I start noticing people that arrived after me are getting their orders. Some of them even asked me why I was still there. I go up and the staff tells me that my order got “kicked out of the queue” which was so confusing because my name was on the board the whole time. Felt like some weird scam. But by this point I’ve been watching the guys leave the bathroom and start slapping out dough without wearing any gloves, handling cash then handling food without wearing gloves. Crew didn’t look the most hygienic. The place looked disheveled and not clean. I decide this is probably a blessing in disguise and just ask for a refund without pushback. No receipt given, I just have to trust my funds will be refunded. Again, feels like some weird scam or some extremely poor level of competence. Make me wait for over an hour and then expect me to place my order for a THIRD time and wait 20-30 MORE minutes? For a single order of topperstix?? Suggest management take an audit of the practices there and completely refresh the staff.

This ppl maverick took my order i work 12 hours a day and had my kids wating on me and this guy named maverick took my order a 1 pm and he had the idea of taking my order and not even putting it on the system and then lied to me this guy ruined my Father’s Day as my kids was left whit no food bc he thought I was ok to to put my order in when I told him and when I call to complain he laughed at me if front of my kids god only knows why he did that and the fact that he laughs at me me over the phone know that’s what Milwaukee treat for him on the way milwuakee is then best

The music is always blaring at this location, requiring me to literally scream above the music to be heard and to repeat myself numerous times. Employees are not friendly and barely seem to tolerate the customers. Food is fine, but not worth the unpleasant experience. I prefer to visit the West Allis location.
