The wings are really great. The real ones. What’s called the boneless wings are not wings at all though. They’re chopped up chicken breast rolled in flour and some seasoning and fried and a Chicken McNugget outranks them by like 80%. I’ve ordered the wings here several times and they were always good. The boneless wings felt like a brick in my stomach though and not that great. Unfit for human consumption, but the real bone in wings are good here.

I’ve been ordering from this location for a while. It’s always hit or miss. I am really disappointed with this last experience. I ordered a few pizzas and wings. Not only did I receive the wrong pizzas, they were damaged. I contacted the store manager. She was having a meltdown. At first I thought she had a cold. Then I realized she was crying. After she settled down a bit, she promised to send me new pizzas. I waited an hour. Nothing came. I called back. They said they were out for delivery. Nothing came. I called back. They said they should be on the way soon. Nothing came. I contacted the ‘Contact Us’ email and sent two messages. They have not responded. Just terrible. Very disappointed.

This was my 3rd time having Toppers, but I think 1st from this location. I tried the walking taco pizza and it is so good that it doesn’t even need the doritos, lettuce and sour cream but they are a great addition to the pizza. I also tried the cheese bresdsticks for the first time and they had a generous amount of cheese on each slice. Best cheese sticks I have had from any pizza place! The only thing negative is the prices are pretty high for me, almost $30 for just a medium pizza because the breadsticks were free. I did order delivery so the fee adds a bit to it. I wanted to treat myself as my birthday is next Friday! Despite the price, will definitely order again in the future.

Our order was supposedly cancelled but we didn’t find out until waiting 2 hours, talking to the call center 3 times being told it was out for delivery. Finally transferred to the store and told that she called all their delivery orders and cancelled them. We didn’t receive a call and she was rude, said you must of gave the wrong number and hung up on me. Don’t offer delivery or even stay open if you can’t fulfill your orders. Very poor customer service. I’m appalled.

We ordered 2 pizzas to be delivered. It took about 1 1/2 hours to get here when they said 50 to 55 minutes. We asked for plates and utensils, when the delivery driver came he said they were in his car and would go get them. He left and didn’t bring them back. Would not recommend.

I’m extremely disappointed! I ordered my pizza at 12:30a.m and did not receive it till 3:30a.m and of course it was cold. I call the store 40 minutes after putting order in and he said it was currently in the oven and I would have it by 1:45a.m…seriously 3:30a.m!! I didn’t even eat it!! I understand wait times but have never had a 3 hour wait for a pizza.

First time at a Toppers this past Sunday, not complaining about the food. Cheese pizza I ordered was pretty good. My issue is the customer service regarding the young girl with tats and piercings. I did see they were short staffed as it was only her and a young tall kid. Her attitude was terrible, rolling her eyes, the tone of how she said things sounded rude and when she would go to the back to check on the pizzas you can hear her swearing and throwing stuff around.

Ordered for delivery at a less busy time, only 2 items, and waited 2.5 hour before driving there to get it myself. I don’t mind the wait if it’s accurate, I would just order earlier but when is is over an hr late amd still says it’s cooking is not cool. Front staff had good customer service and was respectful.
