I was so mad. Hungry, ordered a pizza with no tomato sauce, but barbecue sauce. Canadian bacon, grilled chicken, tater tots with nacho cheese drizzle (if you haven’t had it, don’t judge me. Try it). When it showed up, it had barbecue drizzle. That’s way too much barbecue. When I called, the manager said he realized his errors, because he had another order with barbecue drizzle, so something just got mixed up. He offered me multiple options for a solution, I chose having another pizza delivered. I feel bad complaining, so I told him thank you and I appreciate your understanding. He replied with, “I was going to say the same thing to you.” 6/5 stars for customer service. I’ve been ordering from here since I moved here 3 years ago. This is my first problem. And it couldn’t have been handled any better. Try that with Domino’s…

Stopped in this little pizza place during my Wisconsin visit. My buddy who I was visiting said let’s go here since it was after 1:00 AM local time and it seemed to be the only place open the pizza was super tasty. Service was fast. I’d be coming back during my next visit here. The location is conveniently located in a large strip mall and easy to see the big sign from the street.

If I could give -5 stars I would. I placed an order online they canceled it for some reason. I called and placed an order that they never took. So I waited 1.5 hrs for pizza that was never even coming. Called multiple times and kept getting hung up on. I am beyond livid and hungry….. worst service ever.

Tried ordering through this restaurant. I have a credit with this specific store from an issue I had earlier this year. Called the store, but it goes to a call center in India, who then put me through to the store, put on hold for 15 minutes, hung up. Called back, put on hold for 16 minutes & was hung up on. Just decided to pay for an order. Put the order through on the app. It went through. Checked back 20 minutes later to see where my order was in the process only to see it had been canceled. I tried calling again, was transferred to the store again, only to wait on hold for another 17 minutes & was hung up on again.

Wow! If I could leave zero stars I would. I’m not normally one to complain. We have ordered from here many times and every time it gets worse and worse. Today took the cake. After waiting 2 hours for our delivery our pizza came ice cold. Our pizza? If you want to call it that was uneven, it looks like one side is thin crust and the other side is hand tossed. The crust on one side looks like it was completely cut off and the rest of it is hard because it was probably sitting around for an hour. The stix were not cut down the middle and there was no parchment paper or liner underneath to keep the cheese from sticking to the cardboard. Waste of $30 cuz I don’t even want to eat it now lol sad day cuz i don’t get to choose which location delivers to us. No more toppers for us!

I’ve been ordering from this location for 8+ years. Never had an issue until the last year where pretty much every aspect of the business seems to have gone downhill. My last 5 orders or so have all been pretty much a waste of money and time. I generally get delivery, always 20-30 minutes past the estimated delivery time. It’s a 3-5 minute drive. Pizza arrives stone cold and like it was cooked in a microwave and left out for 24 hours. Styrofoam tasting nearly. This time my pizza had weird slots in between each piece like someone had cut out portions and stuck it back together. The difference in thickness of dough between the two pizzas is nearly a x3 difference, one is essentially paper. Not sure what changed or why the quality of everything has gone downhill but I will no longer be a customer of this location.
