Ok.. was looking for a place like this. And I am so happy I can go somewhere without having carbs shoved down your throat. #1, go to the counter towards the back. Grab a bowl and choose your protein. Put gloves on and smash the meat down in the bowl. Add veggies and sauce and hand it to the cook. Tip him.. pay for it. Enjoy!
