We have been going to Top Notch for many years. The food is consistently good and we love the Friday night all you can eat fish fry. The staff are awesome. Wait staff are always fast and very nice. You can tell they have a great management staff who trains them and maintains the standards. Make sure you tell Sara hi.

My family and I frequent this little family diner very often. We always like to take family and friends there when they visit, because it’s such a fun family atmosphere, and our kids get excited to go. We love the servers, and the food is fantastic for the price. We will continue bringing new people to this cute little diner, and hopefully they’ll start bringing their friends and family too. We wish nothing but great things for Top Notch Family Restaurant! ☺

Loved this place! Food was awesome. They were very busy but our waitress still took time for us. She was friendly and helpful. Offered several times to order food for other family members who had to leave before the meal. It was a good memory.

First time eating here. Food was GREAT and the cost was very reasonable. My compliments to the cooks and to the waitress. We had a big table and we never had to ask for a refill on our drinks and the portion size was huge!! Definitely will be back!

Service was great, but I’d skip the food. My bride and I ordered salads with breaded chicken on top; both of us thought the chicken was “past its prime.” Lettuce was okay. Kiddos ordered off the kids menu, which had cute names for food. They seemed somewhat happy and the place was a great value…but if they had higher prices NO ONE would stop in to eat there. I really, in good conscience, would not recommend any of my friends or family stop in to grab a bite without thinking carefully about how close they’ll be to a bathroom the remainder of the day. The menu is huge. They probably do some things well; not salad. They should trim down to the 20 things they can get perfect and focus on doing them.

I was really looking forward to going there, heard good things about the restaurant. I ordered the lasagna, received a salad with the meal, half the salad was Brown, the tomato still had the stem part in it, and also the core of the lettuce was in my salad. Very disappointing. I don’t feel like I can recommend it. Second salad wasn’t as bad but still had Brown hard core Parts in it

So far every visit my food has been pretty much room temperature. If it was hot it would be good food. This will probably be my last visit cause I’ve gave them several tries an it is always the same. Service isn’t bad an it’s clean.

My husband is the man who got sick not once but twice due to the steak being under-cooked. We have eaten here a total of 4 times in the last few months. Since previous visits were brought up on another review I will go through each and every one for you. First was on Mothers Day with quite a big party. We were seated in a great area with the kids out of everyone’s way. No complaints there. However, my husband got sick due to under-cooked steak. He did not reorder his steak to be recooked because he lost his appetite after vomiting. I know many people who after getting physically ill cannot eat anything else until their stomach calms down. We did not ask for it to be removed because maybe it was just a fluke and we are nice people. The second time we came in was Father’s day and even though we had the same large party we were sat right in front of the door with much foot traffic hence the baby and toddler needed sat on the other side from me (their mother) and it was inconvenient but we made it work. If the staff would have been able to search for a table in a better location we would not have minded waiting a little bit. No one got ill but no one ordered steak that time. The third visit was good! We came in the evening on a Friday with my grandmother. The gentleman sat us off in a corner and so the kids were out of the way all the food we ordered was good and edible and no one got sick. All in all it was a good dinner and experience. Then we went on Sunday same weekend with the kids and my mother, sister, and grandparents all of whom were visiting from out of town. We thought it’d be a great restaurant to go to for lunch. My husband even thought he’d chance the steak again and ordered medium; and when it arrived it was rare. He tried 2 bites and went to the restroom; got sick. When he got back to the table we requested to have the steak meal removed from the bill as his appetite was gone from vomiting. The staff refused to remove it from the bill stating that they could recook the steak to his liking but removal from the bill was not an option. We then asked to speak to the manager to understand why something that made him sick twice at this restaurant couldn’t be taken off our bill. She restated that they could cook the steak further to his liking for him to eat. He tried to explain that he no longer had an appetite due to getting physically ill. The owner told my husband he did not eat his steak; which surprised all of us that she would be so rude! He would know if he ate his food. It is good to know now how poorly this restaurant treats repeat customers and veterans!!!!

Amazing food and wonderful atmosphere! Always treated like family. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars, is that occasionally you’ll get a bad waitress. Other than that, I have never had a problem with the food or anything.

Very good service. The breakfast I ordered for my evening meal was not special. The over medium eggs had loose whites. The hash browns were fine. The cheesy and kind of goopy white gravy over everything just smothered the meal. The biscuit was one that had been prepared hours before. It was sliced with a knife and then grilled. It has no taste. I know some people like food prepared this way. I found it to be rather unexceptional. You can get the same thing at Denny’s. The price was very fair. Unlike Denny’s, when you eat food here you’re supporting a local business
