This is the best fine dining in the Lehigh valley. The specials are always a game changer, and their unique take on original items like Cesar salad is impressive. The cucumber basil cocktail is a memory in itself. This anniversary we had Patrick as our waiter and the service was incomparable. Beautiful and delicious.

Absolutely delicious! Almost even more appreciated than the amazing food, is the service. Since the pandemic hit, waitstaff skills have plummeted across the board. The service at Top Cut is truly excellent; they take their time articulating the specials, allowing me time to process what they’re saying and describing. They give the patrons time and space to enjoy the meal, while also keeping a watchful eye on anything that needs a refill or to be cleared from the table. Small tip — if you get a garlic clove on your steak, don’t let that go to waste. You’re welcome.

All around phenomenal! Food tastes like heaven, the meats melt in your mouth. It is expensive, but the servers and management are very professional and worth it. We watched as a disrespectful customer was rude to the manager and she stood up for her employees while remaining respectful and keeping a smile on her face. The server we had was very respectful, offering suggestions at times, but not being pushy like some places. The food was just…..absolutely freaking delicious! I can’t say that enough! My boyfriend had the Lamb and I had the steak. We shared the sides which were huge. We had the Mac and cheese that I don’t even have words for and the Brussel sprouts that were cooked to perfection and seasoned well.

Went first time with my sister (a local) and it was amazing. Great atmosphere and service. Server was knowledgeable about the food and specials and very attentive. We had filet mignon, the truffle mashed potatoes, and the brussel sprouts. Delicious!!! Please try the cucumber basil gimlet with gin! Can’t wait to be back!

We’re definitely hoping for a better experience next time. As you can see, this little experiment of ours a few years ago just to see who had the best dishes by taking pictures and making reviews, has led to nearly 9 million influences on Google through maps and reviews and photos. That really shocks us, but at the same time now we feel like we really do need to make sure what we write is as accurate as possible to help everyone out.

Outstanding dinner and I will say it is the “best steak” in the Lehigh valley hands down. Oak would be a hard second based on their style of cooking steak.
