Local spot with no frills next to the Shell in town. Solid, hearty portions at such a great cost and so tasty! The breakfast burritos will leave you filled up for a while. Owner is so friendly and food came lightening fast. 10/10!

Traveling through from Ouray, stopped for gas and took a minute to read reviews which were all positive. The Reviews didn’t lie! Tony was a hopping as every table was full. Still received great service and terrific food. Salsa was the real deal! Won’t be back this way anytime soon but would recommend!

Tony is a great host, the service was fast and friendly, and the food was delicious. Tacos Al Pastor and Carne Asada were fantastic. Just outside of the town of Salida is great authentic Mexican served with a smile.

Very glad to find this place for a quick bite. Gentleman was very nice and courteous to us. No waiting only but a few moments for drink orders complimentary chips and our order. We had mushroom and cheeseburgers which were great. This is a no frills restaurant with average pricing and just thankful that it was in the area. They do have indoor seating. Breakfast burritos are served after normal breakfast hours.

Here’s a great kitchen find heading to Gunnison or Monarch. Authentic food made by a great cook..Tony’s wife. Tacos Pastor (pork) and chicken fajitas had that authentic flavor. Salsa made in house and Tony was very personable and attentive.

Amazing all the way around! Will definitely make this place a stop when we come thru. My husband said his enchiladas was probably the best he’s ever had and he’s had alot of them all across the country.

View of Mt. Aetna from Poncha Springs. Stopped in at “Tony’s” a little roadside restaurant and got this awesome carne asada burrito smothered in pork green chili. If you are ever in Poncha Springs you gotta try it!
