Chef Tony pays attention to the details. You can taste his care, thoughtfulness & artisanship in every bite. He’s an artist & scientist, blending ingredients together for maximum flavor. I knew when I tasted the pizza bread pieces that came w/the salad (meticulously made with flavor in every bite), that the pizza crust would be perfection…I could eat the crust alone. A sure sign of a great . The San Marzano tomato sauce and the mozzarella cheese together created magic. We could’ve eaten four pies in one sitting. How he made the crust chewy, crispy & texturally savory is a miracle. He & his staff treated us with respect, like home. This one’s a keeper…16 years in the business for a reason.

Came here on a Saturday evening before a BSU football game. I have been to every pizza shop in Boise and this is by far the best (if you like thin crust Italian style). Everything we ordered was fantastic. Get there early, the place is small and fills up quickly.

OMG this place is great. Got to talk with Tony and learned his family came from Italy and opened their first place in NY in the late 1800’s. The crust and all of the thin crust in a fire roasted oven was just GREAT. My sweetie is very picky about pizza but she wants to go back there. The sauce and everything about this place and food feels like Italy. I HIGHLY recommend this place for authentic style Italian pizza.

Best pizza in town, IMO, and has been for a long time. Nothing else quite like it in the Treasure Valley. I would say the crust is neopolitan style, it’s very good, with just the right amount of high-quality ingredients. Good wine selection.

I’m not from the area, but I am assuming this is a hidden gem! This was honestly the best Neapolitan style pizza I have ever had (I’ve been to Italy)! They have two vegan options, which weren’t listed as such, but good to know if you have dietary restrictions as I do. The staff were super friendly, Tony was flipping pizzas and helping to accommodate my needs! I have never experienced an owner cooking the food, definitely shows how passionate he is for his business!
