The bacon cheeseburger was very good and recommended if you want a very tasty, high quality burger and fries. Also, the zeppoli Italian donuts with cannot cream in them were out of this world good. I never had them before and would go out of my way for them. There local delivery to my hotel was great and thanks to the hotel front desk for recommending them. I would definitely go try pizza and other sandwiches next time I am in the area.

Tony’s always makes good comfort food. They do tend to get very busy, especially on weekends, so if you are ordering delivery remember to add in extra time to have your order delivered. Their Italian dishes and pizza are very good. They give nice size portions as well.

First time visiting Newark/NYC, ordered a pepperoni pizza and mozzarella sticks and was the true authentic New York Italian experience I’ve been eager to try! Service was amazing and delivery was on point. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting good pizza.

Ordered once, and it was really good. But this experience forced me to make this 2-Star review. Everything is burnt. I would rather have waited and gotten new food if the staff noticed everything was burnt. Mistakes happen, but it shouldn’t be passed to the customer. The burn taste permeates through the pizza and it’s all you can taste after struggling through the cheesy cardboard like experience. Knots were inedible because they’re like little rocks with garlic.

Ordered twice during a stay to visit NYC and to cruise out of Cape Liberty. We had pepperoni pizza, garlic cheese bread, deep fried Oreos and Italian donuts. Everything was delicious, except the donuts were a little dry.

Casual fair prices and friendly. Good Italian menu counter few tables popular takeout and phone orders delivery change. At times counter service and phone orders abrupt. Give a try.

They seem to know how to make a good pizza. But when the order (Meatlovers) does not fit to the delivery (Hawaii), something’s wrong. Maybe they delivered a five bucks cheaper slightly cold pizza hidden in the case because I stayed only one night in a hotel nearby? Hopefully not and it was only a mistake. But I am sorry as I can only give two stars for that experience overall.

This place is either amazing or the food is burnt and inedible. I do love their food, but sometimes it just feels like their food is rushed and delivered no matter what the condition is. I think I should just cut my loses and stop ordering from them.

I order from Tony’s at least twice a month for the last 2 years. I love the pizza & so does my family. They were nice enough to create this for us on Valentine’s Day. The staff is always pleasant & the customer service is unbeatable! 🙂

Best pizza spot in Newark honestly , im not one to leave reviews however the young lady picking up the phone today at least 3/13/23 was so nasty and rude when I requested to speak to someone else she hung up on me I called back she again was RUDE & hung up on me again, mind you I’ve been ordering from this place since forever I take my kids here after school always ! So it’s just sad , I didn’t even place my order and instead called elsewhere. I also ordered from here Saturday and it was the same young lady and she had an attitude as well! Still love your pizza place but please Tony tell your girl to simply respect people who are calling to place orders!
