This location in Jacksonville NC Mall. The customer service is very poor towards certain customers. This location should be monitored based on customer service. Not ever customer is getting equal customer service! Also if this establishment is suppose to be open and close at a certain time. There should be no reason why a paying customer is being told 3 pieces of stale dry pizza that has been sitting out for long periods of time; is all that the will be making and severing at 8:38pm before they are closing. This last minute decision on rather or not the employees want to fully complete a full work day of customer service and preparing orders should not be based on their feels; but yet their job in completing orders until the restaurant is completely closed for the day. Sadly my experience was different and did not get to order off the menu because I was getting yelled at across the restaurant before I could get to the register to make my order. The two staff members was rude and I’m sure this is not their first time being like this towards the customers.

We have been coming to Tony’s pizza since 2019 and it’s by far the best pizza place in the area and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. Today I ordered take out with my two toddlers and the staff was nice enough to bring the pizza out to my car for me. 10/10 recommend!

Ordered simple large Pepperoni and Cheese I have to say it was really good. Pretty much the typical pizza joint huge greasy pizza just what I came for. Dining area is pretty big in which would make it a good choice for bday parties or get togethers. Overall I’ll eat here again

Was my husband and I 1st time eating there. For a slice of cheese pizza and med drink. My husband had a slice of pepperoni and a Sicilian pepperoni slice. Was very flavorful pizza, The only complaint would’ve been. Floor needed much cleaning and many tables were dirty. But, we will return. Prices were definitely reasonable. Customer service was great.
