Poorly staffed. They do not care anymore. Ordered 3 items 2 wrong. I always go over my orders to make sure its right. I was offered credit but after almost 2 wks and many phone calls nothing. Food is good but so is other places. Two of them give points to use for future orders. Shame since my family orders here a lot. We are giving up and switching.

I usually do not leave negative reviews because being a business owner I can understand running a small business is difficult at best. I felt I needed to in this case. 2 out of the last 3 times I ordered for pick up the order was wrong. First time ordered cheese steak pizza, picked it up and when I got back with it and opened the box it was cheese steak Stromboli, I think it was anyway. Drive back to get the correct order and they were nice enough to like me keep the wrong order. Second time chicken Parmigiana & slice of cheesecake, pick the order up, get back with it, open up the package…..no cheesecake. I call them and I was placed on hold until I got tired of waiting for them to pick the phone back up so I hung up. I know finding good help is a challenging task, something I am always faced with, but filling a food order isn’t really that complicated. If they were busy I could understand the mistake but both times I picked up there was maybe one other person there.

The food here is really amazing. I usually order calzones through doordash. The only reason I’m not giving 5stars is because I ordered a pepperoni and cheese stromboli and paid extra for sausage….there was no option for a side of sauce which I gladly would have considered but they ended up having doordash charge me a extra fee of 1.67. Which I understand somewhat but I think if someone pays 23 bucks for a large stromboli giving a side of sauce would should be reasonable ….or at least have the option to pay….I dont like extra charges after the purchase but as far as food quality you cant beat this place

Stopped in for a quick lunch. Just got two slices of pizza, buffalo and a margherita, and they were great. Tasted super fresh and crispy. The woman at the counter was an absolute delight. Very friendly. I will be back.
