I wasn’t sure what to expect. From the outside, it could be a pizza place that also serves Italian pasta (wood oven advertised). But I was so wrong. This restaurant is the real deal, all the down to the spicy, marinated, green peppers in the salads and the classic Italian music.

Cold Peroni on tap and huge portions!! This wonderful little restaurant is a bit out of the way in Tierra Verde, but more than makes up for it with tasty food and massive portions! I had the Pasta Rustica which is basically Carbonara. After stuffing my face, I still had 2/3 of my plate to take home! It reheated well and I had it for lunch and dinner the next day!! Most entrées come with salad and bread also. My wife had the Pasta Vongole with class and the white sauce. It is definitely a garlic lovers dish! We finished with a cannoli each, but we should have just shared one. We will definitely be back to try the great looking pizzas we saw come out.

I have been meaning to try this restaurant for years. This past Saturday evening we arrived to a nearly full restaurant. The staff greeted us and promptly sat us at a table. They do have a bar area with beers on tap and bottled wine. The service here was outstanding. I eat practically everything and asked our waitress to choose something for me. She chose the veal fiorentina. This entree came with a house salad with a house Italian vinaigrette salad that is huge. Yum! They also bring out warm bread. My entree was massive as you can see by the photo. The sauce and flavor was wonderful. I’m a lifter and have a great appetite and will tell you that this was enough food for three meals. It was so good. We will definitely be back! The pizza is delicious as well.

First impression was prices are high for pasta…that is until my angle hair pasta with meat sauce and sausage arrived and could easily feed 3-4. OMG! I’m a 6ft 1 inch, 220 lb male that loves food…especially good food. I tapped out 1/3 of the way through. It was amazing! My wife ordered pizza and love it! Also will have ample for later. Can’t wait to have for lunch tomorrow…and the next day. Alley could not have been nicer! I cannot recommend this place enough and we will definitely be back.

Fantastic food, super friendly service, and a quaint atmosphere. We had a group of 10 on a Saturday night, and they accommodated us well! We had stuffed mushrooms and fried calamari for appetizers. We had pasta rustica, chicken marsala, and lasagna for our main dishes. We had tiramisu for dessert. The pasta rustica might be the best Italian meal I’ve ever had, and everything was absolutely delicious.
