This is a very nice place right off the boardwalk at Pier Village. I had two slices of pizza that were very good and quite large. I recommend this place for a slice or sandwich the next time you’re in Pier Village.

Read the reviews before you go to this place!!! I wish I did. Every bad review says the same thing for a reason. The manager has a terrible attitude, you order food off their menu annd they literally have no idea of what they sell. They told me they don’t offer what I ordered.. Also they’ll be out of an topping and assume you were supposed to know they were out of the product. They’ll still charge you for it though..

Last summer and the summer before, we very much enjoyed their GF pizza. So far this summer, the three times I’ve gone in, I have been told “we *just* ran out of GF pizza” or stared at blankly when trying to order one. Tonight, for others in my party, we ordered three specialty slices from the counter. After charging my card, they tell me two that I ordered are gone (they were sitting there when I ordered) and when i received my “replacement” order it wasn’t even what I asked for. Extremely disappointed by both the food I received and the customer service and I doubt we will return to this location.

They don’t know how to even reheat their own slices. Guy kept my (expensive) slice in the oven for like a couple minutes. Dead cold and soggy when I went to go eat it. Pointless.

I was a little overwhelmed by all the creative and yummy sounding pizza creations here…..the taco pizza looks amazing. But I wound up getting a plain slice just to see….and it was so good! Their sauce is a little sweet which I love and very rich tasting and the cheese good too. Overall a 9/10

I was just recently hired by Ahmad to be a pizza maker. He offered me 10 hour shifts and overtime. I showed up for my first day of work and was told I would not be on pizza station because I “was not a professional” keep in mind that I have 6 years of experience working a Brick oven at a high end restaurant and a associate’s degree in culinary arts. He then told me that I could take a line cook job but it would only be a 6 hour shift. I told him no problem and that I would see him tomorrow. He then texted me that night at midnight saying that their old pizza maker came back and they no longer had positions. They never paid me for the shift that I worked and he would not respond to my texts. I would like to also point out that not a single item in the entire kitchen and walk-in had a date or a label on it. They had a cooler with over 20 squirt bottles that had no labels as to what they where and no date on when it was prepped. Food in the walk-in was on the floor which is also against health code. Raw chicken was being stored above vegetables. No sanitary spray bottles anywhere. I would advise that who ever owns this business should hire a professional to manage his restaurant. And to any potential customers I’d advise avoiding this place.

Not quite sure how I feel about this place. I think I need to try other locations as I’ve gone to this location twice now and both times was a little bit disappointed with the menu, service, and food portions. On Instagram, Tony Boloney’s looks like they serve these funky and larger than life and subs, but both times I’ve gone, I felt like I overpaid for a misleading experience. The sandwiches on Instagram look a lot bigger and better than they have in real life, unfortunately. I guess the best way to put it is that Tony Boloney’s did not meet my expectations…. Don’t get me wrong, the food is delicious, but I was a little let down. I also wasn’t impressed by the customer service, but they did seem understaffed, so that’s understandable! Lastly, I also found out that each restaurant has a different menu, so I would suggest doing some research beforehand if you are looking to try a certain sandwich that caught your eye on social media or something.
