The food was pretty good. I ordered the Muffaletta sub. It was both flavorful and filling. The only problem I encountered was the service. I tried to call in my order so it would be ready to pick up, since I was out running errands, and nobody answered the phone on two separate tries. When I got there, the person who took my order seemed to be annoyed with me and a few other customers who were there. In my line of work, I totally understand if people come a couple minutes before closing and keep you there late, it’s frustrating. This guy, however, was acting like that with almost an hour to go. Come to find out there were a couple of other people working back in there, so why don’t answer the phone?

I definitely see where others are coming from when they say the owner can be rude. Fortunately, I knew exactly what I wanted, but I was almost afraid to ask for other items. I got a Cuban sub and it was really good. I like the bread, but I think I’ll get something that’s a little juicier next time because a lot of the bread is just kind of there with nothing on it.

Don’t let the super cool dinosaurs out front fool you. This sandwich shop was phenomenal. The bread was fresh and almost melted in your mouth. The dressing was an excellent compliment to the freshly sliced meats. That in itself would be worthy of a visit, however, their Oreo Cheescake was heavenly. Some of the best I’ve ever had. 6/5 will be going again. And again.

First visit and it lived up to expectations. Got the #1 sub and the pasta salad (aka crack). One bite of the sub and I was blown away. The loaf is unique and some kinda toasted. Pillowy soft with a nice crunch and chew. Read some posts that the service was poor. I think you can disregard those. Tony himself was working solo building meals when I visited on a Sunday mid-day. Dude is a little gruff, but seems like a solid guy. He came off as a small business owner who’s busting his butt, and knows he’s got a quality product you’ll be thankful to eat. Pro tip: it’s window carryout only and the menu is online, simple and accurate. Order and pay online in advance to save the wait.

I’ve always heard good things about this place but have never tried it until today. Food was amazing!! Tony took my order, offered me some pasta to try while i waited and even gave my daughter a brownie. Super nice guy and real good food. I will be back!!

First time there, the food is great. Cheese bread is especially good. Ordered online, arrived an hour later and stood at the window for 15 minutes. Yep employees made eye contact but never came to the window which was mildly frustrating. Then another 20 minutes for my food. So great food just don’t come here if you don’t have a lot of spare time. Post pandemic of tough for small business I understand so not trying to be overly disparaging.

The food is great – I used to live nearby and ordered from them for parties, large groups regularly. But thee service is terrible. Not sure how they stay in business – don’t answer the phone, don’t work the hours they list, say they take online orders but showed up to pick it up and they said ‘we aren’t doing that today’ and closed the door on me. I’m no Karen, never leave bad reviews but bad business needs to be called out. Do better.
