From now on, I will be giving a rating of 1 to every single restaurant that I pick up to go food from they don’t put utensils inside my bag. This should be the basic of all the basics. When people order food to go 99% of the time they’re eating outside of their home, they’re eating on the go in the car somewhere where they don’t have access to a Kitchen or what not. My biggest pet peeve is for a restaurant not to waste one freaking fork when giving orders to go. I don’t understand this low level of service that this industry is following. And I don’t wanna hear from the Karen’s talking about the environment and saving the environment by saving plastic or whatever. I ordered food that can only be eaten with a fork and I had no access to a fork or any utensils. Please go back to basics and prepare the food correctly and give utensils with every to go order unless asked otherwise.

Pizza not fully cooked. Was done in 5 minutes. When using a stone fire oven it takes am average of 8 minutes to cook (4 mins, spin, 4 mins). To make it crispy is an added 2 to 4 mins on top of that; I used to work at a pizza shop. The pepperoni would fall off with every slice I tried to eat and every slice was an effort to pull apart, meaning the dough was not cooked thoroughly and therefore the slicer couldn’t create proper separation. I think if they cooked their pizzas longer they’d actually taste good. I unfortunately couldn’t get passed the second slice because the undercooked dough upset my stomach.

Extremely cheesy pizza. I mean too much cheese and very little, if any tomato sauce. All ingredients out of proportion. Waited 15 minutes for 3 slices but wouldn’t let my 10 year old use the bathroom. They could be more customer friendly. Very indifferent and snobby altitude.

Highly overpriced and the service has a lot to be desired. Chicken Parmigiana dry with no sauce. $1.25 for a thimble full of extra dressing. Nickel and dime you for everything. If you have a problem with an order don’t expect any customer service. Staff and ownership will go out of their way to avoid your calls and take care of you. They would rather have you write a negative review than deal with a $20.00 credit.

Great tortellini and cheese bread. Their marinara has a little spice to it which was a welcomed change. They seemed to have fresh, unique soups daily. The staff was impressive from my experiences the few times I’ve been in. The woman who I believe is the owner takes pride in her establishment and staff and it was great to see.

$25 for a pretty bad cheese pizza. I hate writing bad reviews, I even called them to try to come to an understanding but they didn’t seem to be bothered by anything. Also they seemed quite upset that I was paying $55 for two pizzas using 2x$50 bills which was all I had and they ended up having perfect amount of change which left me baffled.
